【養生靚湯】海參補而不燥仲好養顏
⭐海參可以煮炒燴炆甚至煲湯
⭐你知道珊瑚蚌和桂花蚌都是海參的腸臟嗎?

抗衰老養顏海參湯
海參外形也許並不討好,但女生們切勿以貌取「參」,它可是養顏聖品啊!從中醫角度來看,海參性溫,具補腎滋陰、養血益精、調經養胎、抗衰老的功效,適合氣血不足、腎陽不足、陽痿遺精人士食用。從營養角度來看,海參高蛋白低脂肪低膽固醇,含有海參黏多糖、海參素等成分,有助抗疲勞、抗衰老及抗腫瘤生長。海參可以炒、煮、燴甚至煲湯,煲湯時若果想湯的味道濃郁,可以一開始時放入海參同煲,海參會溶掉;但如果想吃到海參,記得煲湯至最後15-30分鐘才加入。
食材小貼士:
鮮淮山及乾淮山功效相若。淮山又稱山藥,性平,能健脾養胃,補肺生津,也能補腎。感冒未清者及便秘人士不宜多吃。
海參螺頭淮山湯
功效:潤肺滋陰,紓緩潮熱、口乾、容易乾咳、皮膚乾等症狀。
材料:紅蘿蔔1根、新鮮淮山1根、海參1-2條、冰鮮螺頭1塊 、枸杞子15克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,海參浸發後切段與螺頭汆水;紅蘿蔔、新鮮淮山去皮切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入2000毫升水,除海參外放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後30分鐘加入海參,然後下鹽調味即可。

Sea cucumber soup has anti-aging properties
Sea cucumber might not look attractive but ladies, let’s not judge the sea cucumber by its cover, as it is in fact good for the skin! From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, the sea cucumber is warm in nature, can nourish the kidney and the yin, as well as the blood and the essence, regulate menstruation as well as nourish the fetus, and has anti-aging properties.
It is suitable for individuals with qi and blood deficiency, those with the lack of yang in the kidney, and men with impotence and nocturnal emission problems. Nutrition wise, sea cucumber is high in protein, and low in fats as well as cholesterol. It contains the mucopolysaccharide and holothurin, which can relieve fatigue, have anti-aging properties and lowers the risk of the development of tumors.
Sea cucumber can be fried, steamed and stewed; it can even be used in soup. If you wish to enjoy an additional flavor in the soup, add some sea cucumber in the beginning, and the sea cucumber would dissolve completely; but if you wish to eat the sea cucumber, remember to put the ingredient into the soup just 15 – 30 minutes before serving.
Tip on the ingredients:
Fresh and dried Chinese Yam share similar properties. Chinese Yam is mild in nature, can strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, replenish the lungs and induce salivation, and can also nourish the kidney. Individuals experiencing flu and with constipation problems should not consume excessively.

【材料】(保存期間:冷蔵で約3日)
●長ねぎ:3本
●九条ネギ:1本
●胡麻油
[悪魔のタレ]
●醤油:150~180ml(お好みの濃さに調整してみてね)
●みりん:150ml
●酒:150ml
●あごだし(4倍濃縮):大さじ1(めんつゆ。白だしでもOK)
●鶏ガラスープの素:大さじ1
●豆板醤:小さじ2(コチュジャンでもOK)
●酢:大さじ1
●砂糖:大さじ1(ラカントとかにするとより糖質を抑えられます)
●ニンニク:2片
●生姜:ニンニクと同量
●唐辛子:2本
●干し椎茸:2個
●胡麻油:大さじ2
●炒り胡麻:お好み量
お好みでラー油、一味唐辛子、花椒
※もっと辛いのがお好みの方は唐辛子やコチュジャンを足してもOK
※辛いのが苦手な方はコチュジャンを普通の味噌にしても美味しいですよ♪
※野菜の種類や入れる量によっても味の濃さは微妙に変わるので味見をしながら決めて下さい。
※お酢の酸味を残したい場合は粗熱をとってる時に入れてあげるといいですよ♪
※今回は一度漬け用なので二度漬けはしないで下さい。

今回は前回ビックリするほど大好評だった悪魔のタレシリーズの第2弾
悪魔のシャキシャキ葱を作りました。
これがあるとどんな食べ物でもワンランクアップしたやみつきな味わいになります♪
色んな旨味が複雑に合わさったピリ辛で後引く味は
まさに悪魔的旨さ!!食べれば食べるほどハマる…抜群のやみつき度合いです♪
ラーメンはもちろん、今回食べていたメンマや豆腐なんかにも合いますし
炒飯の付け合わせ、餃子のタレ、茹でた鶏肉や豚肉、サラダに合わせても最高に美味しい
超万能なネギになってます。
動画でもお伝えしてますが生のネギにはアリシンなどの免疫力をアップさせてくれたり
アンチエイジングの効果や疲労回復の効果があると言われている栄養が
豊富に含まれているので栄養を逃さないよう美味しく食べて欲しいです。
糖質制限されている方にも勿論オススメになってますよ♪
今回は漬ける必要もなくただ和えるだけ!!!
しかも今回は葱専用にタレの種類や配合も少し変更してます。
本当に簡単過ぎるくらい簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい。
【Ingredients】(Preservation period: about 3 days refrigerated)
● Leek: 3
● Scallion: 1
● Sesame oil
[Devil's sauce]
● Soy sauce: 150~180ml (Adjust the thickness to your liking)
● Mirin: 150ml
● Sake: 150ml
● Fish stock(4 times concentrated): 1 tablespoon (Men-tsuyu, or white soup stock is OK)
● Chicken soup stock: 1 tablespoon
● Dou ban jiang (or gochujang): 2 teaspoons
● Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
● Sugar: 1 tablespoon (If you use LACANTS or something, you can reduce the sugar content)
● Garlic: 2 cloves
● Ginger: same amount as garlic
● Chili peppers: 2
● Dried shiitake mushrooms: 2
● Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
● Roasted sesame seeds: as desired
Cayenne pepper, Chili pepper, Ra-yu to taste
※ If you like it hotter, you can add more chili pepper or gochujang.
※ If you don't like spicy food, you can use regular miso instead of gochujang ♪
※ The intensity of the flavor will vary slightly depending on the type and amount of vegetables you add, so taste and decide.
※ If you want to keep the sourness of the vinegar, you can add it when you are removing it from the heat.
※ This is for one-time pickling, so don't do it twice.

This will make any food taste one rank higher and more addictive ♪
It's a complex combination of many different flavors, with a spicy,
lingering taste.
The more you eat, the more you become addicted to it ♪
Of course, it goes well with ramen, but it also goes well with memma (the pickled bamboo shoots) and tofu we were eating this time.
It is also great as a garnish for fried rice, dumpling sauce, boiled chicken or pork, and even in salads! It's a super versatile leek.
As you can see in the video, raw leek contain allicin, which boosts the immune system and is also good for anti-aging, and is said to be effective in relieving fatigue.
