CheckCheckCin:你所說的ABC果汁,是近來網上流傳荷里活明星飲用的減肥果汁,用上Apple蘋果、Beetroot紅菜頭及Carrot紅蘿蔔製成,將3種材料加入攪拌機,再加入適量凍水或冰塊攪拌而成,當成早餐飲用。從中醫角度來看,這些材料都屬性平和,蘋果潤肺健胃、消食止瀉,紅菜頭健脾消滯、活血利尿、紅蘿蔔健脾助消化,三種材料都有消食、消滯、利尿及助消化的功效,由於果汁屬於生冷食材,適量飲用是可以的,不建議每天飲用、也不建議早餐時飲用,否則易傷脾胃,容易引致腹瀉、水腫、面黃、疲倦、肌肉鬆弛等脾胃虛弱問題。要注意紅菜頭的活血功效能通經,氣血虛弱體質、月經期間亦不宜食用,血壓低人士也要避免食用以免頭暈等不適。
蘋果 — 性平,有潤肺健胃、生津止渴、消食止瀉功效,尤其適合慢性腹瀉者及食滯型腹瀉者食用。蘋果同時有暢便和止瀉功效,因為其果膠及膳食纖維有通便作用,而含有的鞣酸能使大便内水份減少,從而止瀉。
紅菜頭 — 性平,具健脾消滯、利尿功效,亦具有下氣、通經作用,不建議於月經期間食用。氣血虛弱體質者不宜多食,以免氣血耗損。
紅蘿蔔 — 性平,有健脾助消化、補血助發育的作用,適合脾胃氣虛的貧血、營養不良、食慾不振者食用。

CheckCheckCin:中醫理論認為春天「省酸增甘,以養脾氣」,不是說帶酸味的食物完全不能吃,而是建議多選擇甘味食物,中醫指的甘味除了解作甜味還包括淡味,而且重點是帶甘甜味的食物有補益脾胃作用,甘味的水果包括蘋果、無花果、火龍果、香蕉、蜜瓜或哈密瓜等。除了留意甘味或是酸味,亦要配合自己體質選擇,身體偏熱人士宜選擇屬性寒涼的水果,身體偏寒人士宜選擇屬性溫熱的水果,而屬性平和的水果則適合所有體質人士食用。
