这家在Wangsa Maju新开的西餐厅【The Grill】有着超越一般Cafe/餐厅的西餐水准 👍👍👍 不仅仅味道、口感都在标准之上，价格也相对来得亲民，住在Setapak、Wangsa Maju一带的朋友不妨一试啊！

这里并没有售卖猪肉，扒类都是以鸡扒、牛扒、羊扒为主，还有个各式份量不一般的汉堡包 🍔 所以这里也有蛮多友族同胞捧场的。每一种主食(除了汉堡)，都可以选择要1样还是2样Sides，薯条、沙拉、薯泥、烤玉米等等，全部都是根据独家Recipe制作的。

之所以会觉得这里超越一般西餐厅的水准，是因为除了吃得出这里所使用的肉类和食材都非普通或是冷冻食材，就连烹饪的时间也恰到好处，无论是牛扒或是羊扒朋友都有着很高的评价，我们今天所吃的Ribeye Steak和Striploin Steak都是Medium Well。

除此之外，不同食物所搭配的酱料都有在花心思，如果你们有点不同的食物就会发现每一种食物都有不同的沾酱，像是garlic mayo、coriander-chilli dip mustard、leek and cream、wasabi mayo、housemade tar tar等等。

Ingredients for
Indonesian Curry Prawn (Curry Shrimp)
Serves 3 - 4 pax

Spice paste (rempah paste) ingredients

3 cloves shallot
3 cloves garlic
1 stalk lemongrass (only use the white stem portion)
2 fresh red chilli (deseeded)
10g young ginger
1 chilli padi (optional)
4 kaffir lime leaves
1/2 teaspoon coriander seed powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
80ml water

Other ingredients
=====
20g belacan (dry fry first before using)
A small bunch of curry leaves
1 large red onion (cut into chunks)
300ml water
400g prawns
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce (or light soy sauce)
125ml coconut milk
