It didn’t seem too long ago that I was playing with the Tunas Budaya String Ensemble. Our batch were pioneers of the #orchestralmusic community in Alor Setar. Conductor Lee Chin Leong has really poured his heart into building this community and training the musicians from scratch. Glad to have the chance to arrange 3 songs and sing with our school’s Symphony Orchestra for their #fundraisingconcert. Many surprises have come out of this sleepy town called Alor Setar, including two prime ministers of Malaysia!

昨晚有機會和老公回到我家鄉與母校的交響樂團演出，也為他們编了3首歌。
小時候，李振良老師帶著我們組了弦樂團做小型表演。這二十年他都默默耕耘把亞羅士打城市的樂手們培養起來，實在是太佩服他和他的太太的努力。很感動這一次看到那麼多樂手參與演出。
感恩這一次的募款演奏進行得很顺利！
