在我們第一個THAT’S MY SHHHOT的表演，和一些超棒的心血合作後(Black MIC, Hogan, MBK and Luk) 我們的評審被逼著做出困難的選擇--決定出第一場的冠軍 wannasleep. ！所以現在他回來守護自己的頭銜，我們會選擇4為精英的參賽者，並且看有沒有人能夠篡位並把THAT’S MY SHHHOT的冠軍皮帶殊榮帶回家。

THAT’S MY SHHHOT每三個月會舉辦一次，我們會邀請5位以上正在崛起中的表演者上台演出，展現他們的才華和能耐。活動當晚，三位公正有聲望的評審將會根據當晚表現選出當日活動的冠軍，而當次冠軍除了將會獲得小額獎金外，也將有機會在下次活動衛冕他的冠軍頭銜，而連勝四次的衛冕者將獲得在TMS主舞台演出的大獎。每次活動都將會有1位特邀嘉賓的獨特演出，同時會有一些台灣最棒的製作人/beatmakers帶著他們的音樂並開放麥克風和大家來一場特別的open mic/cypher。

After an incredible first showcase featuring some really impressive new talent (Black Mic, Hogan, MBK and Luk), our judges were ultimately forced to make the difficult decision of crowning our first ever THAT’S MY SHHHOT champion: wannasleep. Now, back to defend his title, we’ll be selecting 4 elite competitors to try and see if anyone can dethrone him and take home the THAT’S MY SHHHOT championship belt.

HOW TO JOIN:
* Open auditions for rappers, singers and beatboxers will be held online from: 1/24-2/15

‘THAT’S MY SHHHOT’ is a quarterly event where we will be giving 5 up and comers the opportunity to hit the stage, display their talents and show us what they’re made of. At the end of each night, a winner will be crowned by 3 esteemed judges and receive a small cash prize as well as the opportunity to defend their title at the following event. (Winners of 4 events in a row will receive the grand prize of their own set on the TMS main stage.) Each event will feature a special performance from one guest artist, as well as some of Taiwan's finest producers/beatmakers who will provide the music for a special open mic/cypher following the performances.

Singapore’s leading media entertainment and content company MM2 Entertainment Singapore is delighted to announce the release dates for a slate of Singapore films for 2020 and 2021.

“We are extremely excited to share this slate of Singapore-made movies, including the first local film to release in 2020. It has not been a good year for Singapore moviegoers, with the pandemic causing havoc to the releases to Hollywood and Asian movies. Every year there is a steady stream of new Singapore movies released in cinemas. This year, however, due to the pandemic and the circuit breaker, there has not been any local releases to date. We are therefore proud to be releasing this slate of Singapore films, for Singaporeans,” says Mr Ng Say Yong, Chief Content Officer of mm2 Asia.

“These films are uplifting stories that are certain to entertain moviegoers, and very relevant to our times. It is especially important in this time when we need to be socially distant, that we are still able to connect with the community through the shared cinematic experience. Laughing together, crying together - the group effect of watching a film together in a theatre: that is what cannot be replicated at home or on a mobile screen,” he continues.

Number 1 will be the first Singapore film to be released in 2020. The film portrays a man who gets retrenched and must take on an unorthodox job as a means of survival. The movie will resonate with moviegoers, in this current climate where the local jobless rate is the highest in more than a decade. Local funnyman Mark Lee delivers a career-defining performance in the challenging role of the film’s lead; and has been nominated for top acting honours at this year’s Golden Horse Awards in November.

Additionally, mm2 has announced an exciting slate of local films scheduled for release up to June 2021. The list of films includes comedies, dramas, horrors and thrillers - offering a wide variety of cinematic options guaranteed to please even the most discerning movie lover. Included in the list are Jack Neo’s The Diam Diam Era 1 & 2 slated for the year-end school holidays and Chinese New Year respectively, as well as Mark Lee’s directorial debut Running Ghost.

Good advice from a respiratory therapist! Use at your own discretion...copied from a friend’s page and makes a lot of sense to me!

CORONA Common Sense
Since they are calling on Respiratory therapist to help fight the Corona virus, and I am a retired one, too old to work in a hospital setting. I'm gonna share some common sense wisdom with those that have the virus and trying to stay home. If my advice is followed as given you will improve your chances of not ending up in the hospital on a ventilator. This applies to the otherwise generally healthy population, so use discretion. 1. Only high temperatures kill a virus, so let your fever run high. Tylenol, Advil. Motrin, Ibuprofen etc. will bring your fever down allowing the virus to live longer. They are saying that ibuprophen, advil etc will actually exacerbate the virus. Use common sense and don't let fever go over 103 or 104 if you got the guts. If it gets higher than that take your tylenol, not ibuprophen or advil to keep it regulated. It helps to keep house warm and cover up with blankets so body does not have to work so hard to generate the heat. It usually takes about 3 days of this to break the fever. 2. The body is going to dehydrate with the elevated temperature so you must rehydrate yourself regulaly, whether you like it or not. Gatorade with real sugar, or pedialyte with real sugar for kids, works well. Why the sugar? Sugar will give your body back the energy it is using up to create the fever. The electrolytes and fluid you are losing will also be replenished by the Gatorade. If you don't do this and end up in the hospital they will start an IV and give you D5W (sugar water) and Normal Saline to replenish electrolytes. Gatorade is much cheaper, pain free, and comes in an assortment of flavors 3. You must keep your lungs moist. Best done by taking long steamy showers on a regular basis, if your wheezing or congested use a real minty toothpaste and brush your teeth while taking the steamy shower and deep breath through your mouth. This will provide some bronchial dialation and help loosen the phlegm. Force your self to cough into a wet wash cloth pressed firmly over your mouth and nose, which will cause greater pressure in your lungs forcing them to expand more and break loose more of the congestion. 4. Eat healthy and regularly. Gotta keep your strength up. 5. Once the fever breaks, start moving around to get the body back in shape and blood circulating. 6. Deep breath on a regular basis, even when it hurts. If you don't it becomes easy to develope pneumonia. Pursed lip breathing really helps. That's breathing in deep and slow then exhaling through tight lips as if your blowing out a candle, blow until you have completely emptied your lungs and you will be able to breath in an even deeper breath. This helps keep lungs expanded as well as increase your oxygen level. 7. Remember that every medication you take is merely relieving the symptoms, not making you well. 8. If your still dying go to ER.
I've been doing these things for myself and my family for over 40 years and kept them out of the hospital, all are healthy and still living today.

Anyway, a lot of people regret getting curtain bangs bc they don't know how to style them, but it doesn't have to be overly complicated! Here's my current hair styling routine + the easiest way to style curtain bangs + face framing layers with a c curl. I love how this adds volume which gives a soft/fluffy look to your hair (and kind of changes your entire face shape ?)..hope this is helpful!

Hello hello! How's 2021 going?
You know how we had dalgona + Chloe Ting phases last year? I predict January's phase is journaling. I myself have started and I actually really like it! I mentioned my mental health was dwindling at the end of last year, so I started using a happiness planner recently. I fill it out in the morning and at night and although it's only been about a week, I'm already feeling a little more hopeful ♡ Aside from helping you schedule out your day/week, the main focus is filling out what you're excited for each day and what you're grateful for each night. My goal for this year was to be excited to live again and this has helped me continue finding things to appreciate and look forward to each day. I hope you're all well and healthy wherever you are!
