Laima是拉脫維亞百年歷史巧克力品牌，在里加隨處可見其專賣店，一般超市也買得到。自由廣場還有個Laima紀念鐘。而Laima在拉脫維亞語是「幸福」的意思。
點了熱巧克力和蛋糕犒賞快凍僵的自己。吃下第一口蛋糕，我覺得自己是全天下最幸福的人！巧克力甜而不膩，加了榛果像在吃金莎。蛋糕體則是酥脆的餅乾，而不是預想中的柔軟，挺特別的。
至於這杯熱巧克力則是一滴水都沒加，非常濃稠，帶點苦澀。其實我是第一次喝到這種，有點失望，因為不是我想要的。當我意識到應該用湯匙優雅挖來吃的時候，已經滿嘴都是巧克力了！（笑）
幸福是什麼？每個人的定義不同，其中一種大概就是，受傷之後還懂得要對自己好一點。面對生活中偶爾的不如意，已經能坦然接受，一笑置之。

Laima is a century-old chocolate brand in Latvia. Its specialty stores can be found everywhere in Riga, which is also available in general supermarkets. There is also a Laima Memorial Clock in Liberty Square. Laima means "happiness" in Latvian.
I felt I am the happiest person in the world when I ate the chocolate cake! This cup of hot chocolate is very thick and bitter. When I realized that I should dig it with a spoon, my mouth was already full of chocolate already!
