🍦🥑 AVOCADO ICE-CREAM 🥑🍦
Weird, but it’s true 😂. Avocados, in Vietnam, are always associated with sweet flavors, which is quite opposite to Western countries, so you can’t imagine how awesome this dessert will treat you: like a rock concert harmonized in your mouth 😆. Not only #avocado and #icecream, condensed milk is nothing but gives a twist on the tip of your tongue. With the sweltering summer upon us, a scoopful (or two) of this sweet, buttery cold treat will be a welcomed respite from the torturous heat.

Giờ này ước gì có một ly kem bơ cô Vân nhỉ 😩. Quán này nổi tiếng từ khi chợ còn xập xệ đến bây giờ thì mỗi lần đến đều phải đợi mới có chỗ mà ngồi. Người Việt Nam ăn bơ như tráng miệng thì các bạn phương Tây, ngược lại, chỉ toàn ăn như salad hay với bánh mì nướng, nên nghe đến món này là phải hỏi đi hỏi lại có phải bị nghe nhầm không 😅. Nhưng mà kem bơ thì thật sự ngon tuyệt đỉnh đấy các bạn ạ. Chỉ là bơ đánh nhuyễn, sữa đặc, nước cốt dừa và kem vani mà lại hoà quyện tuyệt vời. Bình thường cô sẽ cho dừa khô lên trên cùng, nhưng mình lại hay thích gọi bỏ thêm ít đậu phộng rang nữa cho tăng thêm độ bùi và béo. Trời mùa hè nóng bỏng da chỉ cần một muỗng kem này thôi là đã thấy thoả mãn lắm rồi nè.

The Ais specializes in homemade ice cream. There are more than 40 different flavors (16 available at a time) to choose from! :-)

My personal favorite flavors are Avocado and Redwine Cranberry. Snow White is also nice if you like the aroma and taste of sorghum wine (高粱酒).

Another way to enjoy ice cream is on a waffle. You can choose any 2 types of ice cream. :-)
