買了兩顆新鮮的酪梨和馬可先生的德國經典鄉村黑麥多穀麵包
來做好久沒做的酪梨泥（Guacamole）
配上黑麥麵包實在太好吃了
一定要加大蒜和檸檬
是整道料理的靈魂！

📖食譜

1.輕輕將一顆新鮮雞蛋打入碗或小杯子等容器、將紙巾放在盤子上備用。
2. 我是使用OXO煮蛋神器煮水波蛋，若沒有的話：準備一個深湯鍋加入水煮開，然後馬上加入兩小匙的白醋和一些鹽，開大火煮水，水大滾後關火。
3.用湯匙輕輕攪拌讓水開始旋轉，漩渦停止前小心將雞蛋滑入水中，再次輕攪讓蛋持續轉動，避免水波蛋沈入鍋底，蛋白會逐漸包圍蛋黃在鍋中間旋轉，成形。
4.利用餘溫將蛋白熟透，蛋黃維持液體狀，總共大約2分鐘，時間依水溫而有所不同。
5.2分鐘之後，用漏勺將水波蛋撈起用手觸摸一下確認蛋黃熟度，把蛋黃煮至自己喜歡的熟度即完成，將蛋放在紙巾上吸乾水分備用
6.在煮水波蛋時將黑麥土司烤酥
一個酪梨去皮去籽將果肉放到碗裡面，加入黑胡椒、蒜末、卡宴辣椒粉、檸檬汁、海鹽，用叉子碾碎成酪梨泥
準備一個盤子，將黑麥麵包抹上酪梨尼、放上水煮蛋，可以再灑一點黑胡椒
旁邊放上苜蓿芽、酪梨片，醬汁我是用紫蘇油加葡萄蘆薈汁混合
最後擺上雞胸肉淋上是拉差辣醬即可享用美味的早午餐！

3. Smash avocado and season to taste with salt. pepper. Cayenne pepper. Lime juice 
4.Top toast with avocado, poached egg, and a pinch more of salt and pepper. 
5.put leafy green on the plate and put sliced avocado on top. Place the Chicken breast on the side and drizzle with sriracha hot sauce

頭抽五花肉刈包 （2人份）

材料:
