TIPS BERKESAN KELUARKAN KAHAK DAN HINGUS ANAK.
Kesiannya kalau anak kita kena demam selsema sekali pakej dengan batuk, especially bayi. Tak senang duduk rasa, nak tidur pun tak lena sebab anak kerap merengek tak selesa dengan keadaan dirinya.
Nak bagi ubat batuk, anak masih bayi lagi. Mama papa, jangan risau!
Boleh cuba tips-tips ni..
1. Jangan mandikan anak dengan air sejuk, sebaiknya mandikan air suam. Waktu pagi jangan basahkan kepala anak, mandikan badan sahaja.
2. Letakkan kunyit hidup pada hidung anak yang tersumbat. Sapukan dengan kerap. Kalau tak letak kunyit, letak vicks pada hidung, dada dan belakang badan anak.
3. Mama papa, kena rajin buat tepuk 'percussion' pada bahagia belakang anak. Pastikan anak membongkok ke depan, dan tepuk dengan perlahan-lahan.
4. Wapkan air panas dicampur dengan bawang putih dan halia pada hidung anak, ia akan membuka rongga hidung anak dan hingus akan mengalir keluar.
5. Anda juga boleh gunakan delima sebagai salah satu rawatan. Ianya bersesuai pada anak 6 bulan ke atas.
6. Sedut hingus anak secara manual pakai mulut atau penyedut hingus yang boleh dibeli di farmasi.
7. Bila anak tak sihat, pakaikan stokin bila dia nak tidur malam. Jangan halakan kipas atau aircond pada anak, ia akan melambatkan proses penyembuhan.
8. Boleh cuba dengan daun sireh. Bakar pada api dan jangan lama. Lepastu letak dibahagian dada anak.
9. Elakkan makanan berunsur sejuk pada anak. Bagi anak minum air suam atau menyusu dengan lebih kerap.
P/S : Jangan risau bila anak kerap muntah atau 'popo'. Ianya salah cara ia membuang kahaknya.

1. Set of confinement
This is the highest chart. Tired of giving birth, we need to pamper ourselves too. Like a reward for myself. This is the first thing that mummy will survey and buy.
Used to use a set of confinement Tanamera, this time mummy wants to try Nona Roguy's confinement set. The Tanamera set was 5 stars, because it's like modern mix and traditional care.
But even mummy wants to use Nona Roguy's set, these 4 Tanamera items are compulsory to include once because it is really

4. Set of planting baby type

9. Maternity Pad

10. Massage / Confinement Lady (CL)

I've booked myself in for a hair makeover for Monday. I'm SO nervous and excited. It's been truly long overdue. I will keep you guys updated how it goes heheh. I'll be returning to LA end of May. Then flying back to the UK mid June. Hong Kong has been super hot. What hairstyle should I get? I had leftover baby food for dinner. I wore Ariel the mermaid socks today. I went back to my rose hip oil since my skin just doesn't like moisturiser anymore. LOL I used a hairdryer. Wish I had behind the scenes footage. Looked so silly. Bubz out =D
