OTAK-OTAK MUAR 🐟 The tiny town of Muar in southern Malaysia is the origin of a traditional fish cake grilled in banana leaves known as otak-otak. The star ingredient is the wahoo fish that’s loved for its firm and sticky texture and less bones. The dish gets its incredible aroma from cooking in coconut milk, blue ginger, turmeric, egg, glutinous rice flour and curry leaves! 🤩
