เช่นเดียวกับเรื่องของ 'ป้าทองมี' ซึ่งอาศัยอยู่ที่ จ.สระแก้ว
แต่ต้องมารักษาตัวที่ โรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า จังหวัดจันทบุรี
เพราะโรงพยาบาลแถวบ้าน มีเครื่องมือรักษาไม่พอ
แต่การเดินทางของ ป้ามี ลำบากเหลือเกิน จนบางครั้งก็ทำให้ 'ไม่สามารถรักษาได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง"
ทำให้โอกาสหาย น้อยลงทุกทีๆ

และนี่เป็นเพียง 1 เรื่องราวของ 1 ผู้ป่วย
แต่ว่ายังมี "อีกกว่า 65,000 เรื่องราว/ปี"
