Hello airberybuddy, sis long time no write poems n words here.. this few days many many friends n family come telling sis their problems. People talk onion, people poking poking their backside, people not realize themselves.. make others life turning around.. sis listens untils sis alsos stressing very much.. so before sis cry and sings “purnama merindu” and call weird nite dj on radio stations .. sis telling baki zainal. Can please cooking sis paiberet food “ kari maggie with rock crap” huh.. everytimes sis eating this sis forgot all sis problems for a while. Sis feels that everythings can settle forevers.. its a comfort food for sis. Because it is simple and truthful food. So sis knows no matter whatever or where ever sis having this the taste cannot run far far and always reliable (wah big word).. it feels like sis mother makes .. like mother hand water (but this is baki zainal hand, sis hope he wash hand . How likes to scratch).. so to all sis fren out there.. no matter what problems, what onion, who poke your backside. Find this little favoring and tell yourself for that momemt everything will be ok.. only if you eat this after few hour your backside will pain and hot because of bebird cili. Oks byes

Resepinya : (agak2 sendiri ye kuantitinya)
Cili kering+belacan+bawangmerah+bawangputih ~
blender (Blend 1)
Lengkuas+serai+kunyit+halia+buah keras ~
blender (Blend 2)
Air asam jawa
Sawi asin / Sawi Jeruk (cuci dan rendam sekejap)
Ikan kembung
Terung
Sedikit lada hitam
Garam, perasa, sedikit gula merah
Cara2 :
Tumis blend 1 + blend 2 sampai garing. Masukkan gula merah. Agak2 dah nak bersin tu, masukkan air asam. Pastu biar renih jap, masukkan garam + perasa (pasti sedap ke, secukup rasa ke, etc) dan masukkan sawi asin, ikan kembung. Masukkan terung. Percikkan lada hitam, ikut suka nak pedas-petir cemana (hahaha) pastu dah agak2 terbit minyak, perlahankan api sampai dapat kepekatan yang dikehendaki. Siap, sedia untuk dihidangkan. Siapkan air yoghurt untuk serap tahap kepedasan. Selamat mencuba.

Sambal belachan 2tbs
Onion 1 no
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Buah Petai 1bowl
Shrimps
Tamarind juice 2tbs
Sugar half teaspoon
Salt a pinch
Methods.
1. Heat up oil in wok.
2.saute Sambal belachan until fragrant.add in onion chopped garlic ,buah Petai and shrimps into it and stir until half cooked.
3.add in tamarind juice. Sugar and salt to taste. Stir until cooked. Serve hot with steamed rice.
