三月才soft opening的cocktail bar+餐廳,菜單簡單食物也不錯。單從食物質量而論,當另外一間帶Asian Fusion的bar food可以有一星,這間應該沒問題.....當然現在評級的都看主廚的系統更大比重!
Soft opening only in March, with the combination of cocktail bar & restaurant. Simple menu and food quality is pretty good. If purely looking from food quality perspective when another place with Asian fusion bar food manages to be star rated, this one shouldn’t have a problem.....of course rating platforms nowadays focuses more on the background of chefs than the food quality itself!!

難得在餐廳菜單上發現奧式鴨胸料理,嚐過1次滋味後,心裏就很期待還有第2次.平常因為1隻農家好鴨難得,在市面上也得花上1定銀兩才能買到.無奈香滑鴨肉滋味在這家族只受我1人的寵愛,光想到讓我獨享1隻鴨,份量實在太多,倘若火侯還有個閃失,豈不是就是直接把還沒到嘴的好貴美味鴨丟進垃圾桶,太不環保,也太浪費. 就這樣,光想就讓我流口水的鴨肉計劃,一直被冷凍著.
那天散步瞧見有個知名廠商竟然有推出好平價鴨胸便當(樣品圖片好精美,誘人~ ^^),讓我驚喜起了鴨念! 來嚐嚐平價便當鴨的口味吧!1人份鴨胸肉,算給人方便了.
成品上看來雖沒樣品圖片誘人,重點鴨胸肉份量沒少!鴨胸肉也嫩!麵條份量比我預期的還多!重點梅子醬汁不死鹹(太重要!!! ^^Y),加分!整體上,當然還是跟由餐廳廚師出手的美味鴨有很大的落差,倒是相當符合平價便當的要求,不能再刻求.
Once you've ordered duck breast on the menu in a local austrian restaurant, you will very hardly be disappointed. Since I made my first experience in a restaurant not long ago this year, I'm always looking forward to having it again as soon as possible.
It's most probably because not only I am the single one person who loves the tast of duckmeat among this austrian family members (yap! people respect very much everyone's food favorites here.) but also a good duck can cost a lot here. Only for one person, to prepare a whole duck at home is certainly a luxury! And I don't like the idea of wasting a very costly good duck!
One day while strolling on my grocerydoing journey, I came across very surprisingly the "duck breast with cranberry sauce and german style noodles " (Entenbrust mit Preiselbeersauce und Spätzle) of an "esay-to-make home meal" line from a very famous brand Chef Menü, it was not difficult at all for me to grab it into my shopping cart to take home immediately, because I simply wanted to find out how anyone can possibly make duck breast tasty at such an unbelievable low price.
Here are some of my findings. This meal definitely contains enough volume for one person disliking going on a diet (me :P)! Though the picture on the package has much lighter color tones, no food materials are cut down! The duck breast is still soft. The very important sauce tasts so right, instead of terribly simply salty enough for you to ignore all other original tasts of the food materials in front of you! (If anyone is used to heavy sauces, it's ok. I've no problem with your habbits. Remember, it's always your meal that you should enjoy yourselves!) As a whole, for such an unbelievable low price, I can't be any more critical. This meal was definitely a surprise!
