・玉ねぎ 1/2個

・醤油 大2
・おろし生姜 小1(お好みで)
・水溶き片栗粉 小2ぐらい( 片栗粉:水=1:2)
※お弁当用にとろみをつけてますが、なくてもOKです

1.玉ねぎ、牛肉を炒める
2.水溶き片栗粉以外の調味料を加えて煮、最後に

Cao lầu is one of the three gems in Hoi An. It's a regional Vietnamese dish that's found in the central Vietnam, originated from Quang Nam province. The noodles is topped with slices of juicy pork, served with lots of greens such as bean sprouts, green vegetables, slices of crispy pork skins, and some dark pork broth that wasn't too salty. The broth added the right amount of moisture to the noodles. The noodles are fat, and yellow that resembles Japanese udon, but there's noodles are made with fresh rice!

今週の常備菜です。
●そら豆塩茹で
お尻の切り込みは塩味を回りやすくするためと
皮をむきやすくするためです。
●肉そぼろ
少し濃い目の味付けにしてます。
お好みで調整してください。
●モヤシナムル
●人参ナムル
●小松菜ナムル
ナムルは大体の分量です。味見をして調整してください。
●生姜冷凍保存
1回分ずつ小分け冷凍です。冷凍のまま使用可能です。
スライス・・・すりおろしておろしニンニクにもできます。
千切り・・・みじん切りにして使うこともできます。
メニューから1品はわかりますよね♪
そう、今夜はビビンバでーす!笑
トマトソースを作る時間が無くなったので、
そのまま冷凍しました。
冷凍すると皮がつるっと剥けます^^

It is a great idea if you quickly want to make it in a large batch for your family 😉

One-Pot Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice with Meat and Vegetables in a Japanese school lunch style)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
200g(7oz.) pork or beef slices (or ground meat is ok)
200g(7oz.) bean sprouts
200g(7oz.) spinach
100g(3.5oz.) carrot
1 clove grated garlic
1 tbsp. grated ginger
* 2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. Sake (white wine or you can skip it)
* 1 tbsp. chicken soup stock powder
* 1 tbsp. Miso
* 1 tsp. Gochujang (you can skip it if you think it is too hot for kids)
cooking oil
sesame oil
toasted white sesame seeds
2 eggs
800g(1.7lb.) cooked white rice
Directions:
1. Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Cut carrot into thin strips. Cut spinach into an inch pieces. Wash bean sprouts and drain well.
2. In a deep frying pan or a pot, heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil and make scrambled eggs. Mix in rice and set aside.
3. In the same pan, bring water to a boil and parboil carrot strips, spinach, and bean sprouts. Drain well and set aside.
4. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil and heat garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add meat and cook until no longer pink.
5. Add the vegetables. Mix the seasonings * and add into the pan. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Finish with 1 tbsp. of sesame oil.
6. Serve the meat and vegetables on top of the rice with scrambled eggs. Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds to finish.

Of course you can boil to cook the beansprouts in a pot then toss with the seasonings. You can serve at room temperature or cold in the fridge (you can keep it for a day).

5 MIN Tuna Bean Sprouts (Affordable Healthy Diet Recipe)
Difficulty: VERY Easy
Time: 5min
Number of servings: 1~2
Ingredients:
200g(7oz.) bean sprouts
70g (2.5oz.) canned tuna
2 tbsp. Japanese Mentsuyu soup base
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Wash and place the bean sprouts in a microwavable bowl. Add drained canned tuna and Japanese Mentsuyu soup base. Cover with plastic wrap then microwave on medium (600W) for 3 minutes.
2. Toss with sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish.

Crisp brown fried noodles with a thick savory sauce with a lot of meat and vegetables. It is a very popular Japanese dish, served as a school lunch as well.
You can add seafood if you like. You can use any vegetables available in your fridge. Take it easy. It is a delicious lifesaver dish super quick to prepare 👍

Ankake Yakisoba (Fried Noodles with Thick Savory Sauce Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time:20min
Number of servings: 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 servings Yakisoba noodles
150g (5.2oz.) thin sliced pork
150g (5.2oz.) baby bok choy
150g (5.2oz.) vegetables of your choice (onion, bean sprouts, carrot, mushrooms, etc...)
* 1 tsp. chicken broth powder
* 2 tsp. oyster sauce
* 1 tsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper
cooking oil
1 tbsp. Katakuriko (corn starch is ok)
1 tsp. sesame oil
Directions:
1. Cut the meat and vegetables into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the noodles 3 minutes each on both sides until crisp golden. Place them on serving plates.
3. Heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the meat until crisp golden. Add the vegetables and cook until tender. Add 1 US cup (240ml) of water, then add chicken broth powder, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
4. Bring to a boil, stop the heat, and add starch diluted with double the amount of water. Heat again until thick. Stop the heat and finish with sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
5. Cover the noodles with Ankake sauce to serve.
