Have you heard or faced a problem where you are eating a lot or eating less but you still don't see any differences??

This maybe because you have not been consistent with your intake even if you are estimating.
.
.
For an example you are on a calories surplus( weight gain program)
And your calories surplus is 3000 calories per day and maintenance is 2500 calories per day .
Monday you really manage to hit 3000 calories and Tuesday to Saturday you were really busy, but when you got the chance you really had heavy meal which could be around 1500 calories and on Sunday you had time and really went up too 3500 calories

So Monday= 3000 calories, Tuesday to Saturday = 1500 per day and Sunday= 3500 calories
- add all of that up and you will get 14000 calories per week.....now divide that with 7....(14000calories for the week÷7days) = 2000 calories average per day) so according to your weekly average you are only consuming 2000 calorie per day, and that is below your maintenance calorie, and that is why you may see no difference.

So start tracking your intake now, even though you are estimating, STAY CONSISTENT WITH YOUR INTAKE....let is be for fat loss or weight gain..

. 🍔Did you overdo it this weekend? Maybe you went a little too hard at brunch and bottomless mimosas on Sunday or ended up ordering take out after having one too many drinks on Saturday? 🍻

👀Look, it happens. Going over your calories is going to happen! I’ve been there - plenty of times to be honest. I used to beat myself up over it and go into a downward spiral of negativity. With time and lots of mess ups, I realized that’s not the way to fix it.
⠀
🤭During the act (binging or overeating), you’re probably enjoying yourself and the food/drink, but then it hits you after the fact. maybe a few hours later or the next morning, you feel guilty and maybe even frustrated with yourself.
⠀
👭If that sounds like you, welcome to the club! I think we’ve all been there. Whether it be a big event like a wedding or just a random weekend, we’ve probably all done it.
⠀
🌮Food is a huge part of who we are and lots of events are centered around it - no wonder why we eat more when we are with friends!
⠀
🙏🏼The biggest advice I can give for how to move forward after a binge is this: MOVE ON! and just get back on track.

🌟Don’t get hung up on it, but rather, step back and look at the situation from the outside - see what caused it - and make a strategy for yourself so when you’re in a similar situation, it’ll be less likely to happen again.
