Finally saw a break in the line for Blue Bottle HK 💙:
•The Liege Waffle HKD $48 is a compromise personally. It's made from a base resembling a scoopable Cake Batter than a Yeast-Leavened Dough. At half the expected density 輕飄飄 , u can even taste tiny gritty, sand like granules of unmolten sugar inside, where's the molten Belgian Pearl Sugar, chewy texture & aroma of a true Liege? 🙄 *Not a perfectionist but weird seeing a 'corner' on the bastardized Liege waffle too, 右邊起角嘅 diu.. Its morphing into a Brussels Waffle!!

•Iced Cappucino HKD $42. This tasted like other Blue Bottles which is pleasant~! ✌🏻 Balanced soothing & no strange after taste, this is an everyday 7.5 to 8/10 drink type of Coffee. Will need to try more Drip coffee before abling to compare Blue Bottle HK vs World Blue Bottle's!
