เช้านี้ 06:00 น. ตื่นมาทำงานแบบชิลล์ๆ ไม่รีบ ไม่รน ไม่แพนิค เป็นเพราะเมื่อคืนนอนอิ่มครบ 8 ชม. ซึ่งถือว่าสำคัญแบบมากที่สุด เพราะหน้าที่พิธีกรพิธีหมั้นหมายแบบไทยมีขั้นตอนยาวเหยียด บางครั้งอาจใช้เวลามากถึง 6 ชม. (เคยมาแล้วจริงๆ) เพราะฉะนั้นโจ้จะให้ความสำคัญกับการนอนมาก นอนพอ หน้าตาสดใส พลังงานล้นเหลือ จิตใจและสมองทำงานร่วมกันดีเยี่ยม ทำให้ต่อมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ก็มา พูดอะไรออกมาก็ฟีลกู้ดดด กันทั้งงาน 👌🏼
