Day 2 - Training Never Stop in #NewYork City
Finally, I found a gym got 1-leg Curl machine. It's one the best hamstrings machines.
And also, I've got a compliment from a trainer - Big Joe at the gym today when I was doing 1-leg Curl.
I like his style of coaching, he shouted at the client almost every single rep. He was not counting the reps. He was motivating a client to push harder beyond his pain. I miss this spirit at the gym.
