The kids each choose their own favourite fillings like Nutella, sliced strawberries, chocolate rice and marshmallows. Also, their plain crepes works like a charm that goes really well with their nutritious soups. Possibly the best way to get the kids to have their portion of greens for the day in these goodness that’s conveniently packed in zip lock bags. All we need to do is to pour out our own desired servings, heat up and enjoy 😋😋

he has always been impressed on how bad-ass of a person his daughter he had and how similar they both were.

they did not have the luxury of living under the same roof, the luxury of him cuddling her and being there for her if she ever wakes up from her nightmare and telling her it's all okay.

but they did manage to spend his last couple of years together,

In that short span,

he managed to get her hooked on tying knots and having fun with ropes just because he finds it fun and needed someone to like it as much as him,

he made sure she learned how to coach people to swim,

he made sure the mini-fridge of his is always stocked up with soy milk and her milo, because unlike him she does not like coffee,

he made sure he irritates her every single day, someday he shoots her from across the pool with toy guns, some days he just grabs her thighs super hard knowing she just did her legs-day in the gym,

he made sure he'd slide in some random life lessons hinting the daughter to change,

he made sure she knew that she was his life, even though he wasn't there for a big chunk of it,

he made sure people knew how beautiful his daughter is by printing out her pictures and pasting it in his pool counter so everybody can see how proud he was of his daughter,

he made sure his daughter will always have something to do in the pool by constantly messing up his tables and telling his daughter it's just 'organised mess',

he made sure that she knew that she was the most important thing to him in his whole life.

I have the weirdest yet coolest dad,
he was away from my life most of the time but yet he knows me the best,
he knew all my looks and what all of them meant,
he knew what I wanted in life and he never said no or discourage me no matter how absurd my dreams were,
he sure laughs at how pity my students are going to be when i told him I'm going to be a teacher,
he made sure he warns any guy that tries to hit on me,
he made sure he scares the shit out of any random guys who are interested with his baby girl,
he made sure people know if they hurt his daughter, they will have him to deal with,
he tells me random stories all the time, so random it would be how he decided to pour detergent powder in a public fountain and walked away just to cause chaos,
he loves his knives and his toy guns or shall i say he loves his toys because he would spend hours playing with them,
he is so random he likes to blast music right on my face just to give me a scare.

he made sure i go after what i want in life,
he made sure i wasn't too scared to live after knowing i was once involved in an abusive relationship,
he made sure i stepped up for myself,
he made sure i knew i was never the problem if i came out from relationships, he would simply say, nobody can handle my super intimidating daughter, i think Malaysians aren't up to your standards, expand your search, get a white boyfie !

he always giggles and calls me his nasty daughter and i call him satan for he is the main culprit for my nasty genes.

he always knew what to say to me even though i never mentioned my problems to him, he just knew.

I could not felt anymore broken when i was told he left me, he left the world.
knowing that nobody would ever know me as well as he would,
knowing that nobody would give up everything instantly for me as he would,
knowing that nobody would give up his life protecting me from ever getting hurt again.

I will always remember how happy you were walking around with that nonsense goggles i've gotten you and the high pitched scream when you got a skull-shaped wooden container.

i miss you papa.
i really do.
but i know you're here with me, protecting me whilst holding some big ass knife ;)

Christmas is coming. It's so much fun to have with your family to create these cutest mini gingerbread houses. Decorating the gingerbread house can be a great party idea, it's more fun than eating. Especially these tiny gingerbread houses mug toppers, they are adorable.

Making gingerbread dough is super easy. In this video, we’ll show you how to make the best gingerbread dough with fresh ginger to create a natural flavor. Using fresh ginger gives it an intense ginger flavor, and it’s easy to get, too. In addition to the dough recipe, we will also share with you how to easily make royal icing. Mini Gingerbread House Mug Topper Recipe

🎄 Preparation:

➋ piping bags and nozzles, or make a parchment bag for piping, 2mm is for sticking, 1.5mm is for decoration
🎄 Yields: Can make 14~16 gingerbread houses

✎ Ingredients
🎄 For the cookies
unsalted butter 125g, softened
brown sugar 90g
molasses 58g
egg 1, at room temperature
all purpose flour 370g
baking soda 5g
salt 2.5g
grated ginger 10g
ground cinnamon 1.5g
nutmeg powder 1g

🎄 For the Royal Icing
vanilla extract 1.5g
powdered sugar 200g, sifted
powdered egg white 7.5g
warm water 25g~30g

✎ Instructions
🎄 For the cookies
1. In a large bowl, add butter, sugar and molasses, beat on mid-low speed, mix well until light and smooth.
2. Add egg and ginger, beat on medium speed until well combined. Scrape down the sides and the bottom of the bowl and beat again if needed to combine.
3. Sift the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, nutmeg powder and salt.
4. Fold in all dry ingredients, continue to mix until well blended, the dough should come together.
5. Transfer the dough out onto a work surface and knead until the dough is smooth and combined. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
6. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
7. Lightly flour the work surface and roll the dough to about 3mm thick.
8. Dust the dough lightly with flour to avoid sticking. Place the house pattern pieces on the dough, dip the knife into flour and cut out the pattern pieces from the dough (cut the door, but remove it after baking). You will need TWO of each shape.
9. Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes or until the edges are just beginning to brown. Large pieces will need more time.
10. Once baked, cut the door first, and then remove all cookies on racks to cool completely.

🎄 For the royal icing
1. Sieve the 200g of powdered sugar and 7.5g of powdered egg white in a bowl.
2. Add 1.5g of vanilla extract and 25g of warm water and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
3. Fill the Pastry Bag With Royal Icing. You will need at least two piping bags, one is for a thick line to glue the pieces of house together. Another one is a thin line to decorate the house. The royal icing is the best icing to use for gingerbread houses, it'll dry hard and last throughout the holiday season.

🎄 Assembling
1. Start with the front and the back pieces and two sides, then take the side piece and stick them together, do the same with the other side.
2. Grab the back piece and give it a nice firm. Then the base of the house is done. Wait for the icing sets before adding the roof.
3. Sticking the roof pieces in the same way, add lines of icing on all the edges, hold them together and allow the icing to set. It's probably best to let this dry overnight that way all the royal icing is definitely hard before decorating.
4. You can decorate with any pattern you like and custom detail. You can practice how to draw a line or draw a pattern on a board or plate before putting them on your house. But remember, once finished the decorating, please let the icing dry for a couple hours. Have fun.

ALMOND COCONUT COOKIES
Ingredients:
1. 2 Egg Whites
2. ½ cup Shredded Coconut
3. 1 tbsp. Desiccated Coconut
4. 4 tbsp. Coconut Sugar
5. ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

Steps:
1. Pre heat your oven to 150°C / 300 °F.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
3. Separate egg whites into a mixing bowl and whisk on high until the egg whites become stiff.
4. Add in all other ingredients. Fold in with a metal spoon until thoroughly combined.
5. Using a tablespoon, measure out mixture and place on lined baking tray to make a total of 9 cookies.
6. Add a slither of an almond on top of each cookie and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
7. Once your cookies have cooled you can melt some dark chocolate and drizzle them over the cookies.

These cookies are gluten and dairy free, if you choose not to add the chocolate drizzle.


RAW CACAO WALNUT CAKE
Ingredients:
1. ¼ cup Shredded Toasted Coconut
2. 3 cups Walnuts
3. 1/3 cup Sultanas
4. 15 Pitted Dates
5. 1/3 cup Cacao / Cocoa Powder
6. 1/3 cup Coconut oil
7. 1 cup Rolled Oats
8. 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract


Steps:
1. Line an 8-inch cake tin with baking paper.
2. Cover walnuts and sultanas with boiling hot water and let it sit for 10 minutes to help soften for blending and easy digestion.
3. Drain nuts and sultanas and add to food processor. Blend until you get a thick paste texture.
4. Add in dates and blend. You can stop the machine and push the ingredients down as you go.
5. Once combined, add in the rest of the ingredients.
6. Blend again until smooth and well combined.
7. Transfer mixture into the lined baking tin and use the back of a spoon to even out the mixture.
8. Cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
9. You can choose to decorate with shredded coconut or sprinkle with cacao nibs. Slice & serve.

This recipes is suitable for Vegans. It is also gluten-free, dairy-free, without added artificial sugar.


Mini Mango Sponge Cakes
Ingredients:
1. Mascarpone
2. Lime zest
3. Mango
4. Passion fruit

Steps:
1. Cut out sponge cake into desired shapes. You can either make your own sponge cake or buy ready ones in the shop.
2. Top the cakes with mascarpone and mango chunks. Drizzle with passion fruit and lime zest.
