Netflix 網飛 歷經四次企業轉型之後的市值突破2000億美元，創辦人暨執行長 里德海斯汀 Reed Hastings 在《零規則 No Rules Rules》這本書上提到企業創新轉型的經營心法，他認為創新的三大運作原則分別是：
原則一：高手同隊，如此才能彼此刺激進步，淘汰平庸。
原則二：大聲認錯，小聲慶祝，如此才能從優秀變傑出。
原則三：養成創業家精神，如此才能安心授權，分散決策，幫助人人建立「以公司最大利益為考量」的共識。

制定規則以及標準作業流程是大多數企業成長茁壯的必經過程，但也常常成為企業轉型的絆腳石，Netflix 網飛 為了讓每一次企業轉型都能夠保持靈活的彈性，選擇更少的規則促進更大的創新。企業領導者必須了解，船停在港口最安全，但那不是造船的目的，同樣的，SOP（標準作業流程）讓企業很安全，但那不是企業成立的目的。

昨日の夜は大阪・道頓堀でサロンメンバーさんとの呑み会がありました。

映画公開前の呑み会が「ただの呑み会」なわけがなく、まぁ、お察しの通り、映画『えんとつ町のプペル』の決起集会ですね。
「映画公開に合わせて、大阪・道頓堀も盛り上げちゃおう」といった趣旨です。

今日は映画のエンディング主題歌の収録があって、それが終われば、また、一人でも多くの方に映画館に足を運んでもらう為の準備です。
ナンジャカンジャで明日の朝まで仕事。

作っては、空き時間を見つけて広報活動。

ただ、映画ばっかりは、蓋を開けてみないと分からない。
　
『えんとつ町のプペル』は作品の規模感としては、５０万人動員では大失敗のレベルなんです。
週末も名古屋が入っていますが、今、全国を飛び回って、本当に毎日のように、映画館に足を運んでもらう為の活動をしていますが、個人でいくらやっても、５０万人とかは届かないじゃないですか？
力技で届く領域じゃないくて、力技は上手くいっても起爆剤でしかなくて、今回の挑戦は明らかにムーブメントを起こさないといけない。

そのくせ、僕は何百人というスタッフの生活と、オンラインサロンだけでも、少なくとも７万人以上の期待を背負ってしまっている。

何もしなかったら恐怖で潰れそうだから、「あとは何ができる？」と自問自答して、やれる努力を片っ端からやるのですが、結局、どれだけやっても不安を拭い去ることはできない。

そりゃあ、まあ、気持ちが落ち着くことはないし、
少しでも油断するとハゲそうだし、
「また、厄介なところに首を突っ込んじゃったなぁ」と思うのですが、

こうして死にそうな目に遭わないと、生きていることが確認できない身体になってしまっているのは事実で、もう、昔みたいな暮らしに戻る方法はすっかり忘れてしまいました。　

僕にもあったんです。朝起きて、テレビを見ていた時代が。
今はもう「他人の思い出」みたいになっていますが。

でも、最近……これは完全に棚ボタなんですけど、やたら「ありがとうございます」と言われるんです。
こうして次から次へと無理難題にぶつかっていく姿が、励みになっているみたいで、いや、そりゃ、多少はエールのつもりでやっている部分もありますが、おそらく、誰のエールにもなっていなくても僕は今の道を選んでいるので、「誰かの為にやっています」とは言い切れない。だから、「ありがとうございます」と言われると、少し、モゾモゾしてしまいます（笑）

今、映画公開に向けて「ゴミ人間」というそこそこ人気の連載コラムをやっておりまして、是非、ご一読いただきたいのですが、

一昨日、『えんとつ町のプペル』の誕生に深く関わったスタッフの話を書いたんです。

その子は、もうこの世界にはいないのですが、僕が日本中から叩かれている時でも、構わず僕を信じてくれていた子で、先日、ET-KINGのイトキンさんの話をさせていただきましたが、それと同じ理由で、『えんとつ町のプペル』という作品を作り、届けることが、彼女やイトキンさんのことを忘れさせないことに繋がってます。

何が言いたいかと言うと、

多くのスタッフや、
７万人を超えるサロンメンバーや、
「ありがとう」と言ってくれる人達や、
天国に逝っちゃったスタッフやイトキンさんや、
そのご家族の皆様や、その仲間の皆様…

といった本当にたくさんの方の想いが今回の挑戦には乗っかっていて、ちょっとやそっとでは白旗をあげるわけにはいかなくなっていて、
「ああ、こういうものを背負った時に人は強くなるんだなぁ」と実感しています。

まぁ、なかなか眠れない人が続きますが、「今、頑張らなくて、いつ頑張るんだ」という話なので、映画公開まで後５０日間ほど、走り抜けたいと思います。

【現代の若手社員が背負っているリスク】

本題に入る前に、近況報告を２つほどさせてください。

一つ目は、昨日もテレビ朝日さんの番組に出させていただいたのですが、ここから映画『えんとつ町のプペル』の公開までの間、キンコン西野にしては結構テレビに出ます。

べつに芸能界を引退したではないのですが、「作品を作って届ける」というのは、時間を要する作業でして……なかなか、出役として表に出れないんですね。

「出役としての才能もそんなに無い」という理由もありますが(涙)

　
なので、基本的に僕のスケジュールは、アトリエに籠るか、公園を散歩しながら一人でブツブツ言ってるヤバいオッサンをやるか……で、おそらく御近所さんからは、「あいつは仕事があるのか？」という心配をされています。

一応、働いていると思うんですけど、表に出てないと、そうなっちゃうんです。



ただ、今回は、結構いろんな番組に出させていただくので、御近所さんも安心させられるんじゃないかと思っております。
また、オンエア情報が出次第、逐一、ご報告させていただきます。


次に、二つ目の近況報告です。

僕はイイ人と思われたくて、支援活動めいたものを結構積極的にやっているのですが、そんなことをしていたら「僕も、私も、協力したい」という神様のような方が出てきてくださって、その結果、「えんとつ町のプペル『こどもギフト』」というプロジェクトが立ち上がったんです。

これは、「世界中の子供達に絵本を毎月１冊の絵本を贈る」という「支援のサブスク」で、ご自身のお小遣いの中から、会社の売り上げの中から、毎月２０００円を支援してくださる方が、今現在、８４６名もいます。

つまり毎月８４６冊の絵本が子供達に届くわけですね。毎月です。

これが成立しているのって本当に凄いことで、どこかでキチンと取り上げた方がいいテーマだなぁと思っております。



そんなこんなで先日は沖縄の「兼原小学校」と「赤道小学校」の１年生〜３年生まで全員に絵本をプレゼントしてまいりました。

その時の模様は「えんとつ町のプペル『こどもギフト』」の支援者グループの方に活動報告として出させていただいております。

『こどもギフト』は需要があるかぎり、生涯続けていこうかなぁと思っている活動ですので、興味がある方は是非、のぞいてみてください。





さて、そんなこんなで今日の本題です。



労働基準法の改正ってチョコチョコおこなわれていて、今年の４月にも改正されて、たしか時間外労働の上限が「月に４５時間・年間３６０時間」とかなんです。
それを超えると罰則があるんです。

　
ちなみに、一般的な労働時間は１日８時間。
これを僕におきかえた時に、僕、大体、一日１８時間〜２０時間ぐらい働いているんですね。
仮に１８時間だとしたら、労働基準に照らし合わせると、僕の１日の時間外労働が１０時間。

月に３００時間。
年間にすると３６００時間です。

でも、労働基準法の上限は、月に４５時間。年間３６０時間じゃないですか？

ちゃんと働いている人は、時間外労働でいうと、僕の１/１０の時間しか働いていないわけです。
もちろん「働いている時間が長ければ、いい結果になる」という話じゃありませんが、よっぽど時間の使い方が上手い人じゃないかぎり、仕事の結果というのは労働時間に概ね比例すると思います。

「いやいや、仕事の時間を削って、家族との時間を作りたいんだ」というのであれば話は別です。
それは幸せの一つの形ですし、他人がどうこう言えるものじゃありません。

そうじゃなくて、シンプルに「成り上がりたい」と思っている人に対して、労働基準法というのは、なかなか厄介なハードルだなぁと思っております。



それともう一つ。



昨日、ウチの田村Pが、オンラインサロン内で、ウチの若手スタッフに対して、一言で言うと「お前ら、ナメなよ」という記事を投稿したんですね。

ちょっと説明がややこしいんですけど……今、「全国の子供達に映画『えんとつ町のプペル』をプレゼントしたい！」というクラウドファンディングを実施していて、クラウドファンディング上で、「映画『えんとつ町のプペル』をプレゼントして欲しい」という子供施設と、「映画『えんとつ町のプペル』をプレゼントしたい」という大人をマッチングしているんです。

ちなみに、もし、期間中にマッチングしなければ、僕が自腹で子供施設にプレゼントさせていただくので、手を挙げてくださった子供施設には１００%、映画『えんとつ町のプペル』の前売り券がプレゼントされます。

で、例えば、愛知県の○○幼稚園から手が挙がれば、すぐに「○○幼稚園に支援できる権」というものを、クラウドファンディングのリターンで出して、かつ、「新しいリターンが出ましたよ」ということをご報告する為に、僕がそのリターンをスクショして、画像を整えて、支援先のリンクを貼って、サロン内にある各県人会に投げていたんです。

愛知の幼稚園から手が挙がれば、「愛知県人会」の投稿に、「○○幼稚園から手が挙がりました〜」というご報告を。
やっぱり、「地元を応援したい」という気持ちがあると思うので。


で、僕は、映画やら何やらを作っている合間を見つけて、その作業をずっとやっていたのですが……その作業を僕がやっていることはウチの若手スタッフは全員知っているんですね。

それに対して、田村Pから雷が落ちまして……まぁ、要するに「なんで、西野亮廣に事務作業をやらせとんねん」です。
　
「西野亮廣が今、どれだけ大変な思いをして映画を作っているかお前ら知ってるやろ。制作に集中させてあげるべきやし、休ませてあげろや。お前らは事務作業をしている西野亮廣をなんで見て見ぬフリをしとんねんっ！」という大雷が落ちました（笑）


ウチの会社は「社内で起きていることは全部ネタにする」をモットーに、業務連絡ですらサロンの記事でおこなっていたりするのですが、今回は雷が落ちました。

田村Pは株式会社NISHINOの社員じゃないので、「外野の意見」として、それが言えたわけですね。

こういうのって、今「パワハラ」みたいに扱われてしまうので、なかなか言えないじゃないですか。

ただ、若手の未来を思うと、「とびっきりの愛を持って叱る」というのは絶対に大事で、僕も先輩に山ほどしごかれたクチなんですけど、今は感謝しかないんですね。
あそこで、しごかれないまま４０才になっていたことを思うと、ちょっとゾッとします。

ウチの若手はタフなので、「田村Pに怒られたことをネタにして喋る会」というイベントを開催するらしいのです（最高！）

そろそろ話をまとめますね。

　
今、２０代の方は労働基準法の改正や、「パワハラ」と言える権利を持ったことで、かなり守られている反面（これはとても素晴らしいことだと思います！！）、「労働時間による下克上を起こしにくくなっている」ということと、「しごかれなくなっている」という大きすぎるリスクを背負っていることは、把握しておいた方がいいと思います。


これらは安全とトレードオフの関係なので、そこは上手にやりくりしてみてください。

I believe that a video, no matter how short, tells a story. Rather than show you the most amazing beautiful interview settings, and corporate events, and professional cameras that I used to film throughout the year, I decided to highlight more of the adventurous and memorable moments of my year with my personal camera. This demo reel reflects more of who I am and my personal passions rather than highlight the different companies and documentaries that I was able to take part in. Most of this was filmed on my days off as I took adventures throughout Thailand.

All of the shots in this reel were shot by my own hands, except for one quick moment at the Lantern Festival. There is no color correction - 100% out of camera. I use a Circular Polarizor to help out on occasion.

I purposefully didn't include any Aerial footage in this demo reel because I have a separate demo reel for those amazing shots. Check out the link up above to see that video.

The original and best of all the lantern festivals is held in Chiang Mai Thailand every year and you won't want to miss out!

This is called the Yi Peng Festival (Loi Krathong), it was held right behind Mae Jo University in Chiang Mai Thailand. The festival is held on a full moon of the 2nd month of the Lanna calenday (which coincides with Loi Krathong, the traditional festival on the 12th month of the Thai lunar calendaพ)

During the Yi Peng festival, a multitude of lanterns are launched into the air where they resemble large flocks of giant fluorescent jellyfish gracefully floating by through the sky.

No colors were changed in Post Production. This is literally all straight out of the camera. There were two shots that I stabilized at 15% but besides that it's all straight out of the camera.
