精準醫療檢測的均等侵權判斷 — 2020年Bio-Rad Labs., Inc. v. 10X Genomics Inc.案
2020年8月，美國聯邦巡迴上訴法院（CAFC）在Bio-Rad Labs., Inc. v. 10X Genomics Inc.案[1]維持聯邦地院判決，認定系爭美國第8,889,083號專利（系爭專利）有效，且依「均等論」判決被控侵權人10X公司的產品侵犯該專利權，須賠償近2千4百萬美元。本案涉及微流體生物晶片（microfluidic biochips）系統，係一種應用於精準醫療領域的基因檢測或生化分析平台，判決針對專利均等侵權理論的適用與限制著墨甚多，為探討精準醫療檢測專利侵權訴訟如何適用均等論的良好案例。......

My friend Christoph Gelep and I made a dope film about Osaka. I'm so hyped for you all to watch this. A lot of work l went into this and it was probably one of the biggest productions I've ever worked on. -
When I reflect on my past, it's wild to think that I moved here 10 1/2 years ago. I knew nobody and couldn't speak Japanese. After all the years, it's rad to see how far I've come and how many friends I've made living here. Osaka is one of the dopest places I've ever been to in my life (next to San Diego), and I'm hyped to call it my home. -
Osaka has so much to offer...more than I can show in a 3 minute video. I fuckin dare you to come here and not have fun. Everything about it is rad...the people, the food, and the cityscape. -
BIG shouts to my homie Chris for his hard work and dedication to this project. Been an absolute pleasure to work with. -
