And so, I have officially upgraded my motherhood status to #motherofthreekids 👩‍👦‍👦👶🏻, the thought of it actually sounds a little handful, not too sure I can handle 3 kids all at the same time, but I know I will be loved 😍 #myheart

It was such a last minute decision to hold this mini #genderreveal party and I'm glad we managed to find a photography app where I could easily find a professional photographer to capture our photos on that day!

Waiting time takes min 1 hour to a day so best to plan it early. For me, it took me around 4 to 5 hours to found one! And it was Jackie! Which the app enables me to chat with him and update him on what I wanted and needed for the event.

ACTUAL DAY 👉🏻👉🏻 Jackie came early as 3plus before my party at 430pm, he patiently waited for us to settle our things at the park setting up. BEFORE we started the fun and relaxing phototaking with our fam & friends! Tips: if you have any ideas best to communicate with your photographer and bring your own props as the session may be short best to think of all this before to prevent wastage of time. And thanks again to Jackie who made it possible for us to just focus on our party instead of worrying we might missed out on documenting!

DELIVERABLES 👉🏻👉🏻 I read up on their FAQ, it takes min. 48 hours for us to download, BUT guess what Jackie got it churned out by 4plus the next day! All my photos were well lit, and definitely got the main moments captured which I'm happy I can get it download within the next day! Dear Mrs Mom and Mr Dad,
It may be my 13th birthday, but it's YOU both that deserve to be celebrated! Your love is beyond words, and you are always supportive of whatever I do. I mean, how else do I explain the time when I wanted to be a fisherman...and you both were all for it?! 😂

And that's not all: when I wanted to write my first book, you made me believe that I could achieve anything! Mr Dad, you read (and reread!) my book COUNTLESS times and gave me feedback and ideas about what to include and tweak. Mrs Mom, you sat beside me from the start to finish and helped enormously, even though you were ill!

There's physical proof of just how much you loved me - you've kept every little detail from each milestone in my life: things from as early as the pregnancy test to my first haircut!

Thank you both for always supporting me and believing in me. I don't think I'll ever be able to repay you! You've always been there for me, and I know you always will be. For my 13th birthday, I pray to God that He rewards you generously for how loving you have been towards me and reserves you the highest place in heaven! (And I don't need any presents this year, coz they definitely won't beat you!)

Today I decided to knock out 2 of my most highly requested videos in 1 video! Tbh, I've wanted to do a playlist video for a while now but it's hard for me to get litty on camera by myself LOL so look at these cute outfits I put together while listening to some of my favorite songs ?
Sorry if I didn't get all of the right angles for the outfits (and I struggled with color grading too) ? I'm very new at this lookbook thing but it was really fun to pour my creativity into a new video style. Have you ever considered what your favorite song would look like as an outfit? This is healthy chicken nuggets using Okara!

Okara (soy pulp) is a bean curd refuse which is left after making soy milk. It is low in calories, low in fat, high in fiber, and also contains protein, calcium, iron, and riboflavin. It is an excellent diet food! What another thing I love about Okara is it enables the blood to flow smoothly! In other words, it reduces the blood cholesterol level!!!

As you might know, we usually make Unohana (simmered Okara) using Okara but this time, I mixed it with chicken and made chicken nuggests. It's texture became like a meat and my darling really loved it ;D hehe

It appeared on P.81 of a recipe mook (magazine book) published by Kodansha.

Tandoori Okara Chicken Nuggets

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 16 pieces

Ingredients:
A
* 100g (3.5oz.) Okara
* 100g (3.5oz.) minced chicken
* 100g (3.5oz.) grated onion
* 1 egg
* 1/2 tbsp. grated ginger
* 1/2 tbsp. sake
* salt and pepper
B
* 4 tbsp. flour
* 4 tbsp. yogurt
* 1 tsp. soy sauce
* 1 tsp. curry powder
* 1/4 tsp. garam masala
vegetable oil for deep frying
C
* 3 tbsp. ketchup
* 1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions:
1. Put A in a bowl and mix well with your hands.
2. Divide it into 16 equal portions and make flat and oval-shaped small patties.
3. Mix B in a bowl. Dip and coat each piece.
4. Fry them in oil at 170C (338F) for 3 minutes until crisp golden brown.
5. Mix C and serve with the nuggets.
