On the blog (link in bio), I share a lengthy post about Ansel's birth story with all the details, including how he came out in less than a minute once the doctor arrived in the birthing suite, how I went through the pain and what kept me going, and how it was like giving birth at 35 weeks and not knowing what to expect, and what happened every step of the way after my waterbag broke.
P.S. I diligently kept a log to remember all the timings of events that happened when I was at the hospital since I waited for nearly 24 hours before getting induced. Yup, just wanted to remind myself of this day when I look back in future and hopefully it makes me stronger, happier and deeply thankful to be a mum when the going gets tough.
