"Everyone may as well go home, Rebel Wilson has won the BAFTAs"
Australian comedian and actor @RebelWilson has been praised for "single-handedly breathing life into the Baftas" after a gag-filled topical speech at the British Academy Film Awards ceremony which touched on recent controversies in the royal family, coronavirus, the Baftas’ lack of diversity, and acknowledged the failure of her latest film, Cats.
"I made this dress by sewing two old dresses together. The red is from that one time I didn’t win Miss Australia, and the black is from a funeral I just went to for the feature film Cats."
