I totally understand the super stress that is felt before a beauty paegent. Kudos to all the girls for being super present in our body confidence class. It is all about movement, how we move with grace, flow and openness.
I wore my antique bridal dress to the class because it was my Halloween costume for tonight and it blended in with you all pretty beautifully.

「你有些意見，你對我的想法有意見，你對我的音樂有意見，你對我的服飾有意見，你對我的身體有意見。有些人討厭我的穿著，有些人讚美我的穿著，有些人用我的穿著來羞辱別人，有些人用我的穿著來羞辱我，但我總感到你隨時都在注視著我，而我所能做的就是當作沒看到。我天生而來的身體，難道不就是你所想要的嗎？若我穿了些讓我感到舒服的衣服，有人會說我不是女人；若我脫掉了一件件衣服，又有人說你是個蕩婦。即使你們都不曾看過我的身體，你們依然不斷的批評、不斷地批評著。為什麼呢？因為我們總是會根據別人的體型來做出一些臆測和推斷。我們決定了他是一個什麼樣的人，又有多少價值。無論我穿多穿少。然而誰又能決定什麼東西造就了我？什麼東西對我有意義呢？難道我這個人的價值只取決於你們的臆測嗎？還是你們對我的想法不是我的責任？」

This video is in no way of promoting being overweight. I just think that even girls who are chubby deserves to embrace their bodies and rock their fashion style. All those shaming & judging really should stop. We might not look the best, but it really is none of your business AND you are no one to judge. Girls in all shapes & sizes should be able to love themselves and own their bodies xx
