NAMESAKE's inaugural collection is titled "Family Matters." Inspired by the brotherhood designs’ love for basketball and their agricultural upbringing. For Fall/Winter 2020, the Taipei label pays homage to timeless craftsmanship through modern sustainability practices. Shirts with large lapels reference school uniforms and are styled under cropped button-down shirts for a layered collegiate look. Basketball shorts are designed with frayed edges to exude a raw finish.

Netted fleece, baggy workwear and leg warmers reference accessories used by fishermen. These wayward elements juxtapose athletic branding designed in ode to NAMESAKE's fantasy basketball team. The collection's slogan is reinforced via bold typefaces, printed atop earthy, beige puffers and off-court basketball jackets, replacing the courts for the runway. The collection bridges workwear and street style, transcending time from classic tailoring into the limelight of downtown Taipei.
