Trdelník was one of my favourite things I ate when I went to Prague a few summers ago. Since they've now made their way to Canada (though they're weirdly called "chimneys" instead), I had to try one.
This raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake chimney from Eva's Original Chimneys was pretty damn good (though not quite the same as the real thing). 🍦
A word of warning: you'll probably want to share this beast with a friend, cause even my bottomless pit of a stomach struggled to finish the whole thing! 😜 🐷
