La Mer celebrates its 50th anniversary, and I am glad it's made it this far. I had heard fabulous things about this cult cream since I first took an interest in beauty, and imagine my excitement when the La Mer PR people found me and offered to send me my very first jar of magic cream! I immediately shared it with my Mom, because I wanted to show her how far my blog had come, and I wanted her to try the best that I could give. I was still a student at the time, and I was so proud to be able to give her something that I couldn't even dream of affording at the time.
Their gorgeous Moisturising Soft Cream is still a staple in my skincare today. I use this incredibly rich, moisturising cream to save my skin after it's been through stressful photo and video shoots, after any flight, and when my skin is breaking out. Hello friends! I just want to start off by saying that I know my skin isn’t completely cleared up yet. Recently, I’ve been breaking out and dealing with some acne problems due to stress. I’ve tried different things from Curology, Drug Store Products, Korean Skin Care Regimens, and more. This is how I get ready for bed and what I’ve been doing recently to clear up my acne problems. I’ve done these steps in the past with different, but similar, products which cleared up my skin. I hope you enjoy this video! May your skin get all cleared up!
Tips:
-drink plenty of water (at least 8 cups of water a day)
-use a skin brighten or vitamin c serum
-always use SPF before entering the sun
-remember to always moisturize before bed
-cleanse your face using a brush if you can to get deep into your pores
-exfoliate once a week
