I’m not sure if you guys experience this but whenever I’m with my surgery mask on, my skin feel really dry, stuffy and itchy. If I continue wearing it again the next thing appear around my mouth and chin area will be very itchy and appear those weird small pimples around it.

I sent the photo to @skinhouse_jb and ask if their mist can actually helps me if yes I would love to pick up this items when I’m having the shoot in JB last month. Next day, they immediately pass this CLINICAL REPAIR MIST for me to try and I’m urgently needed this as I have few shoots after that + I can’t stand the itchiness of my skin. It’s why I can’t wait them to post them to me lol.

Been trying and using it for a month. Left 2/3 bottle of the mist and I’m really in love with the BLUE one (CLINICAL REPAIR). I’m using it every morning now before putting my mask, I just give myself 2-3 sprays all over my face.

This is their new product which targeted sensitive and itchy skin due to long wearing of protective mask 😷 The Clinical Repair Mist (blue) has the Pro Vitamin B5 which helps to repair your skin layer, reduce the itchiness and inflammation skin. Even acne skin type can use this as well. Personally I really recommended this as it solved my skin problem due to long wearing of mask.

While the Age Reverse (yellow) one is mainly targeted for anti-aging benefits. It helps to reduce wrinkles and increase elasticity. I haven get to try this as my main concern and skin problem is more suitable for the Clinical Repair (blue) one but if you are looking for a mist / toner which has anti-aging benefits then feel free to give it a try.

If I’m gonna stay outdoor for hours and rushing here and there, I will bring the clinical repair with me and I spray whenever my skin feel stuffy and started has the feeling of itchiness. So yes, that’s all for my review and recommendation. Hope you will be able to find this product which can help you to get rid of redness & itchiness due to long wearing of protective mask.

Em này là một trong những cuốn Chi đọc liền mạch trong tháng Scribd miễn phí, lang thang bấm đọc thử và bỗng thấy giọng kể ưng quá, thế là đọc thôi. Chi ủ em nó sang tháng 6 #PrideMonth mới up bài review cho hợp màu sắc của tháng—nên hôm nay mới vội vàng up không mai sang tháng 7 mất rồi 🤣, nhưng #LGBT không phải là tất cả những điều mà ‘Radio Silence’ chứa đựng đâu anh em.

Trước hết phải nhắc đến giọng kể chuyện rất gần gũi và dễ hòa vào của cuốn này, khác hẳn những cuốn phải mất 50-70 trang đầu mới khiến người đọc bắt nhịp được.
Tuyến nhân vật được tác giả xây dựng rất chân thật, bí ẩn nhưng cũng rất thực tế. Cuộc sống của các nhân vật xoay quanh những điều rất thân quen với chúng ta, như thói quen xem YouTube, nghe các podcast, Twitter, các bài viết lan truyền nhanh chóng mặt, nỗi lo lắng về trường Đại học và bảng điểm, bạn bè và những cuộc tụ tập, gia đình và người thân... Tớ có một cảm giác gần gũi khi đọc cuốn này, và cũng hơi bất ngờ với cách tác giả đã rất khéo léo đưa vào những chi tiết về giới tính của các nhân vật. Mọi thứ khá là dễ chịu, không nặng nề đâu mà rất ngọt ngào đáng yêu.

Bên cạnh đó, điểm tớ thích nhất của cuốn này, chính là ý nghĩa của việc những người trẻ được chọn con đường của riêng mình, để được là chính mình. Những người học giỏi không có nghĩa họ chỉ có thể chọn con đường học hành, những người theo đuổi đam mê không có nghĩa họ sẽ chỉ nhận lại thất bại, và tuổi trẻ mà, thất bại thì có sao? Tớ rất mê hương vị tự do của câu chuyện, cũng mê sự dũng cảm mà tác giả thổi vào từng nhân vật, thứ mà có lẽ ngoài đời thực này chúng ta chẳng biết có thể có được hay không nữa. Dũng cảm để chọn lựa, để từ bỏ, và để chống lại sự bất công.

Chung lại thì tớ nghĩ đây là một cuốn YA rất nên đọc, nếu anh em muốn đọc một cuốn có LGBT cũng như một tỉ điều hay ho của tuổi trẻ. Bonus em này cũng dễ đọc lắm, không có từ vựng gì kinh khủng cao siêu đâu. Nhất định thử nhé 🥳

You can of course add some toppings. It was my son's request that he does not need anything other than potatoes. haha

Sōmen (素麺) is very thin Japanese noodles made of wheat flour. The noodles are usually served cold in summer with a Dashi flavored tasty dipping sauce called Mentsuyu (めんつゆ).

Potato Somen Noodles Recipe

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 10min
Number of servings: as much as you want

Ingredients:
potatoes
Mentsuyu (dipping sauce)
condiments of your choice

Directions:
1. Wash and peel potatoes. Put water in a bowl. Using a slicer, slice potatoes into thin strips. Soak in water to remove extra starch.
2. In boiling water, add salt, then blanch the potatoes for 15 seconds. Drain in a strainer and quickly wash with cold water before the potato strips get soft with remaining heat.
3. Dip in diluted Mentsuyu (as instructed on its package) to eat.

((Somen Dipping Sauce from scratch))
* 300ml Dashi broth (using packaged dashi powder saves time)
* 4 tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
* 4 tbsp. soy sauce
In a pot, bring Dashi broth, Mirin, and soy sauce to a boil. You can also microwave until it comes to a boil. Cool in the fridge until ready to serve.

Seven Plant Based Summer Somen Noodles (Rainbow Noodles "Miwa no Niji") Recipe

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 4

Ingredients:
((Toppings))
grape tomato wedges
cucumber strips
Shiso leaf strips
Naganegi (long onion slices)
Aonegi (chopped green onions)
ginger strips
Arare (rice crackers)
Yukari (red Shiso leaves rice seasoning)
((Somen Dipping Sauce))
* 300ml Dashi broth (using packaged dashi powder saves time)
* 4 tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
* 4 tbsp. soy sauce
((Somen Noodles))
Miwa no Niji (rainbow Somen noodles)

Directions:
((Somen Dipping Sauce))
In a pot, bring Dashi broth, Mirin, and soy sauce to a boil. You can also microwave until it comes to a boil. Cool in the fridge until ready to serve.
((Somen Noodles))
Boil water in a large pot. Add dried Somen noodles in boiling water and gently stir noodles with chopsticks. Cook Somen noodles according to your package (mine was 2 min). Drain the noodles in a strainer and rinse the noodles with hands under running water. Take bite-size portion of the noodles and roll them on your fingers (like you roll pasta on a fork), and place them on a dish. Decorate the noodles with toppings of your choice and keep in the fridge until you serve.

I love using Kayanoya Dashi. Vegan/Vegetarian people can use Kombu or Vegetable Dashi broth for the dipping sauce 👍
