The boy came back from school and here's our conversation when I was cooking his lunch:

B: Mummy, do you know any tongue-twister?
M: Yes, I know but it's in Cantonese.
B: Can you teach me?
M: Sure! " 黐(chi)线(xian)蜘(zhi)蛛(zhu)条(tiao)蜘(zhi)蛛(zhu)丝(si)黐(chi)住(zhu)枝(zhi)树(shu)枝(zhi)"
B: 😮 *rolling his eyes* 😲..... chi xin zhu zhu zhu zhi zhu... what's the meaning?
M: Err.... a crazy spider's web sticking on a twig...bahhh 😅
B: Huh? ....... *and he continued with so many what, when, why, where, how questions.....*
M: I'll show you 'that spider' later....

Spider is made of rice wrapped with seaweed/ Nori, side dishes are stir fry broccoli & baby corn with squid, seaweed egg roll and pan fry miso salmon. All recipes in the link below.

Pun Choy 盆菜, loosely translated as "basin food" is a cultural heritage food in HK. My family love it for its auspicious meaning of 盆满钵满 and the presentation looks like a treasure pot. Mum layered the bottom of the casserole with Chinese cabbage, followed by braised pork trotter, roasted pork, one whole chicken, fish maw, pork leg tendon, dried oysters, garoupa fish and topped with prawns, scallops, abalone, braised mushroom, Fatt Choy, broccoli and sea cucumber. Too much food for 7 pax but we tried our best to finish the first few layers.
