#寒濕濕熱大不同
濕!真的很可怕!天時濕氣重,令人變得渾渾噩噩,也像冤鬼纏身般!不要以為狂飲五花茶就能KO內濕。在中醫角度,「濕」更可同時與「寒」、「熱」結合,就會形成「寒濕」及「濕熱」兩種狀態。對照一下自己的症狀就可以知道自己的體質是濕熱還是寒濕,再飲返杯針對性茶療。
寒濕VS 濕熱
相同:
· 容易感到胸悶或經常感到腹部脹滿
· 經常無胃口
· 身體感覺沉重,容易疲倦,頭重重
· 眼睛、面部容易浮腫
相異:
寒濕
· 舌淡紅,舌苔色白膩
· 女性白帶偏多
· 手腳冰冷
· 怕冷
· 大便稀爛或如水狀
濕熱
· 舌偏紅,舌苔偏黃膩
· 女性白帶量偏多,色偏黃、味重
· 眼乾目赤
· 大便偏軟、質黏、異常地臭,肛門會有灼熱感
· 大便量少,色偏黃
· 體味重
· 多面油,容易出暗瘡、粉刺
寒濕茶療
厚樸花薑茶 (一人分量)
材料:厚樸花 6克、生薑3片、紅茶包1個、紅糖適量
做法:將厚樸花剪碎,與茶包一起放入保溫瓶,用熱開水沖洗一遍,加入薑片,注入熱開水焗10分鐘,加入紅糖即可。
濕熱茶療
淡竹葉綠茶(一人分量)
材料:淡竹葉9克、綠茶包1個
做法:把淡竹葉剪碎,放保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再放入綠茶包和熱開水
焗10分鐘即可。此茶能反復沖泡至味淡,建議一星期飲用兩天。
Differentiate between damp-heat and damp-cold
Dampness can be quite scary especially when it’s humid. People can be quite out of it! Some people may drink a lot of five flower tea to try to rid the dampness but it may not work. From Chinese medicine perspective, dampness can be combined with ‘cold’ or ‘heat’ to form damp-cold and damp-heat conditions. You have to learn your body symptoms to figure out which type you have and choose appropriate healing teas.
Damp-cold vs damp-heat
Similarity:
- prone to chest tightness or frequent abdominal bloating
- loss of appetite
- heaviness in body, fatigue, heavy headedness
- prone to swelling in eyes and face
Differences:
Damp-cold
- light red tongue, with white thick coating
- for ladies, increased vaginal discharge
- cold limbs
- aversion to cold
- loose stools
Damp-heat
- Red tongue with yellowish coating
- for ladies, increased vaginal discharge that is yellowish with strong odor
- dry and red eyes
- soft and stick stool that is smelly with burning sensation near anus
- low volume of urination that is yellowish in color
- strong body odor
- oily face, prone to acne
Damp-cold tea remedy Ginger tea with Hou Zao Hua(for one)
Ingredients: 6g hou zao hua, 3 slices of ginger, 1 black tea bag, brown sugar to taste
Preparation: cut up hou zao hua, and place into thermos witih tea bag. Rinse once with hot water. Add in ginger and hot water, steep for 10 minutes. Add brown sugar to taste.
Damp-heat tea remedy Green tea with lophatherum (for one)
Ingredients: 9g lophatherum, 1 green tea bag Prepration: cut up lophatherum and put into thermos and rinse with hot water once. Add in tea bag and hot water, steep for 10 minutes. This tea can be rebrewed until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink twice in one week.

手羽先 8本
塩・コショウ 適量
片栗粉 適量
揚げ油 適量
◼︎甘辛だれ
しょうゆ 100ml
みりん 50ml
酒 50ml
砂糖 50g
にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1
白いりごま 適量
作り方
1.揚げ油を160˚Cに熱しておく。
2.手羽先の両面に塩・コショウをふって下味をつけ、片栗粉をまんべんなくまぶす。余分な粉ははたく。
3.(2)を160˚の揚げ油でじっくりと揚げ(約7分)、いちど取り出す。
4.揚げ油の温度を180˚Cに上げ、再び(3)を油に戻し入れて、黄金色になるまで揚げる(約3分 )。網の上などにおき、余分な油をきる。
5.甘辛だれを作る。すべての材料をフライパンに入れて煮詰め、(4)を入れて全体に絡める。
6.皿に盛って白いりごまをふりかけたら、完成!
とり天
材料:
鶏むね肉 1枚(250g)
A:酒 小さじ1
A:しょうゆ 小さじ2
A:しょうが(すりおろし) 小さじ1
A:にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1
A:塩 少々
A:コショウ 少々
揚げ油 適量
■衣
薄力粉 30g
片栗粉 30g
冷水 60ml
卵 1個
千切りキャベツ 適量
レモン お好みで
作り方:
1.鶏むね肉はひと口大のそぎ切りに切る。
2.ボウルに(1)と(A)の調味料を加えてもみ込み、15分置く。
3.衣を作る。ボウルに卵を溶きほぐし、小麦粉、片栗粉、冷水を加えてさっくりと混ぜる。
4.(2)を(3)にくぐらせ、180℃に熱した揚げ油に入れてきつね色になるまで揚げる。
5.器に千切りキャベツ、とり天を盛り、レモンを添えたら、完成!

250 grams chicken breast, cubed
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sake
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon grated garlic
Kosher salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 large egg
30 grams cornstarch
30 grams all-purpose flour
60 milliliters cold water
For Serving
Shredded cabbage
Lemon
PREPARATION
1. Heat the oil in a large pan until it reaches 350˚F (180˚C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, sake, grated ginger, grated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well to coat.
3. In a separate medium bowl, beat the egg with the cornstarch, flour, and cold water until well combined.
4. Dip the seasoned chicken in the batter to coat.
5. Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil until they are golden brown and float to the surface. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
6. Serve with shredded cabbage and lemon wedges.
7. Enjoy!
Sweet Soy Chicken Wings
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
8 chicken wings
Kosher salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Potato starch, for coating
Oil, for frying
Sweet Soy Glaze
100 milliliters soy sauce
50 milliliters mirin
50 milliliters sake
50 grams sugar
1 clove garlic, grated
For Garnish
Toasted white sesame seeds
PREPARATION
1. Heat the oil in a large pot until it reaches 320˚F (160˚C).
2. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
3. Fry the wings in the hot oil for 7 minutes, then remove from the pan.
4. Increase the oil temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Fry the wings again until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
5. Make the glaze: In a small pan over medium heat, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, and garlic. Bring to a simmer and let reduce until thickened, 5 minutes. Add the wings and toss to coat.
6. Sprinkle the wings with toasted white sesame.
7. Enjoy!
