T’was a fine morning, and I was walking around Bugis looking for something to eat for breakfast. Then I remembered, Hock Lee Fishball Noodles is just around the area!
I love how the flavourful chilli coated every strand of the thin noodles, and made them so flavourful. The chilli gave a very welcomed kick, and totally woke me up. The lard made the bowl of noodles fragrant.
The fishballs are so soft, but still has that bite when you chow down on them, which makes them really QQ.
