Celebrity Chef- Jamie Oliver needs no further introduction, if you happen to be in town, make a point to visit his restaurant. There are several branches across the city. We visited the one at Covent Garden, a short walk from Leicester Square and the shopping district. It was a Sunday and the restaurant was packed to the brim! Being an Italian restaurant, the Italian menu is extensive and can be overwhelming for first time visitors (like us). We were blown away by the Prawn Linguine, we love how al-dente was the Pasta and how delicate the flavor was. The Beef Burger on the other hand, was a little underwhelming and disappointingly average. If you need a booze to go with the antipasti, the list of wines would be able to satisfy your needs.

中環午餐之Bistecca Italian Steak House

公司團體午餐，老闆決定去他喜愛的老蘭扒房Bistecca。午餐菜單百多塊已經有幾個選擇，但都離不開高澱粉質的義大利三文治/漢堡配薯條，意粉等，配上吸引的健康前菜buffet。如果選擇牛扒價格則跳升到三百多但沒有薯條！嗯，結論是... 還好吧。這地點其實價格和質素來來去去也差不多，還是移步到soho吧！

Had company lunch at Bistecca Italian Steak House. My first impression was that their menu was rather heavy on carbs, with choices like panini/burger with fries, or 3 kinds of pasta. If you wanted protein, their choice was basically steak or salmon, being a steakhouse and all, but the price doubled for a steak lunch, and curiously did not come with fries. The antipasti buffet was stunning though, and the cucumber avocado salad kept me going back for more. Overall, LKF prices, LKF quality. If I had the time, I'd walk up to Soho instead.
