#美國小孩疫情下的慶生趴
週末的時候，帶著姊姊參加媽友家二寶的滿周歲慶生party
儘管大人們都打了疫苗，所有人 (包含孩子們)都依舊 #口罩戴好戴滿
由於嫩嬰弟弟，不願意戴口罩，就只好把他放在家裡自己賣萌囉～
這算是我第一次參加美國寶寶週歲慶生，跟台灣不太一樣的地方，大概就是：

こんにちはLes sens cielです。
今回は赤ちゃんでも食べることのできる水切りヨーグルトと蒸しパンでできたデコレーションケーキを作ってみました。
スポンジはレンジでできる蒸しパンにして欲しい！と妻からリクエストが出て、初めての試みだったので色々と試行錯誤しながら作りました。
レンジで簡単にふわふわで大人が食べても美味しい蒸しパンに仕上がったと思います。（甘さはあまりありませんが…）
ヨーグルトなので、食べる当日に作ることをお勧めします。
冷蔵庫に入れて翌日になるとヨーグルトクリームにひび割れができてしまいます。
蒸しパンも出来立ての方がふわふわで美味しいので、水切りだけ前日に仕込み、蒸しパンとデコレーションはお祝い当日がいいかなと思います。
デコレーションも本気で頑張りましたが、思ったほど食いつきが良くなくて、とほほ…という感じでした。笑
でも作るのも楽しく、お誕生日が盛り上がると思います。
