今天分享的是我最愛的美式蛋糕前三名之一，胡蘿蔔蛋糕。我在原配方的基礎上減少了約40%的糖量，如果你還沒試過這款蛋糕，一定要試試看，你一定想像不到胡蘿蔔做的蛋糕能這麼好吃，蛋糕濕潤柔軟，奶油霜蓬鬆順口不甜不膩，搭配酥脆的核桃碎，讓人吃一口就欲罷不能。不嫌麻煩的話，上面的海鹽焦糖醬請不要省略，焦糖的搭配讓這款蛋糕錦上添花，好吃程度更上一層樓哦。

材料：
4層的6寸蛋糕：
160C 分四盤烤30分鐘
低筋麵粉 150g
泡打粉 1/4 茶匙
蘇打粉 1/2 茶匙
肉桂粉 1大匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
白砂糖 140g
雞蛋 3顆
蔬菜油 100g
紅蘿蔔（絲狀）280g
核桃碎（烤過）35g
奶油奶酪霜：
奶油奶酪 300g
檸檬皮屑 1顆
香草精 1茶匙
糖粉 30g
動物性鮮奶油 225g
焦糖淋醬：
白砂糖 100g
水 30g
動物性鮮奶油 60g
黃油 15g
香草精 1/2 茶匙
鹽 1/2 茶匙
