身上的東西，越輕巧、越好，只要你行動一方便了，拍照的「動力與慾望」，我想也會相對更高一點。
身上背著 5D3，機身上的鏡頭為 Canon EF 24-70MM F4L IS，包包裡頭還有「Canon EF 16-35MM F4L IS / Canon EF 70-200MM F4L IS」，三顆皆是 F4 ，俗稱「小三元」的鏡頭。
為何都選擇 F4L，相對於 F2.8L 的鏡頭的優點來說，這三顆皆有防手震，體積重是輕小不少，另一方面以我拍攝主題鮮少用大光圈來拍照，F2.8 運用機會不多，在夜間拍攝，雖然 F4 光圈小一級，但這點由防手震來彌補光進量不足的部分，大概就差在 F2.8 景深的表現，是 F4 鏡頭做不到的部分，所以長年下來，甚至是現在手邊的鏡頭，也都是 F4 恆定光圈鏡頭。
這樣子看看，我身上的東西是不是非常的簡潔? 需要的鏡頭帶帶上了，若再選大一點的背包，還能再塞更多濾鏡、配件，背後再掛個腳架也麻煩不了多少。
現在的相機，機身、鏡頭又再縮小一些，同的原畫質也更上層樓，我還是很期待一台「真的很輕巧，性能不打折」的全片幅相機，無論 Canon / Sony 都好，會讓我出國旅行、工作，每一天更有效率的去做完更多事情，而這點我相信絕對會實現。
現在，真的沒辦法再像 20 多歲剛玩攝影那麼好的體力，那個.背著數台機身、鏡頭四處跑一天也不嫌累的日子，已經 離我很遠了。

好酒，讓相聚多了理由。
跟好茶一樣，要與懂的人分享，快意加倍。
才剛上市的麥卡倫EDITION 系列最終章 EDITION NO.6，我直覺想到要來跟 #淡水型男大主廚 Jacky 分享，之前幾次來他的餐廳 4F 小飯館4fdessert 用餐，常聽他分享品酒及餐酒搭配，我蠻好奇他會怎麼品味與用他的料理來詮釋 #麥卡倫 整個年度限量系列的最後一支。
將映照天空的湛藍水色作為包裝的 EDITION NO.6，以蘇格蘭傳奇斯佩河（River Spey）為靈感，匯集了麥卡倫的釣魚嚮導 - 兩世紀飛蠅釣具品牌 Hardy、保育鮭魚超過半世紀的大西洋鮭魚信託基金，一同完成瓶中的斯佩河風景，為麥卡倫EDITION系列劃下「永續」的句點，藉此喚起人們對河流生態的保育意識。我喜歡今年限量版的理念與呈現意象，尤其在跨國旅遊按下暫停鍵的今年，對能休養生息的大自然來說，或許是個新的開始。
生活裡，是需要一些儀式感，Jacky 跟我在這一點是所見相同。
這天初抵 4F 小飯館，我們很興奮的準備開瓶，由我來開那又更是難得經驗，當軟木塞輕推拔開，聞了一下，不嗆鼻、很醇厚，先讓 Jacky 品一下看這款深古銅色的 EDITION NO.6，帶給他什麼料理靈感，他建議合適搭配味道比較重例如牛肉與豬肉，「交給我吧！」Jacky 總是一貫的爽快與充滿自信。準備動身進廚房大展身手前，他又想了一下，他建議不妨試試把酒酌量入菜來增加風味，我舉雙手贊成，能透過不同方式感受酒香，多好！把握這難得機會，我趕緊把燈架一縮、帶著相機與 Profoto B10 跟著鑽進廚房，想要透過鏡頭把這一刻捕捉下來。
這餐，Jacky 從他剛推出的秋季菜單中挑選了幾道合適佐 EDITION NO.6 的新菜，只能說太精采，道道美味，我先嚐了拍攝那道入酒的嫩煎小卷，小卷非常新鮮、搭配淋上油醋醬的爽口生菜，微微帶些酒香，開胃了。接著是沾味增堅果醬汁的西班牙松阪豬，事前先用了八種香料醃製過，還有散發秋味的柚子和風美國牛肉，炙燒 90 秒，熟度恰到好處！Jacky 提到這兩道很適合配著酒一起享用，嘴唇先沾一下、再於喉間感受，嗯...就像 Jacky 說的這支酒確實很順。
之前有次前來，Jacky 曾誇下海口說不要讓我吃到重複菜色，沒想到，後來幾次還真的不斷嚐到他的推陳出新。這回一道軟殼蟹紅花蟹肉燉飯，光是視覺就已讓我驚艷，湯匙一挖番紅花燉飯，沒想到裡頭還包藏著口感很棒的蟹管肉，美味極了，用刀子輕輕一切上頭的軟殼蟹來搭配，又是不同風味。
酒足飯飽相當滿足，但還有另一個胃等待填補。
以甜點起家的4F小飯館，多年來甜點保持著優異表現，秋季甜點新味 - 斑馬先生，濃郁、溫暖，是主廚 Jacky 透過甜點想帶給食客的秋日幸福感，芝麻香氣鮮明但不膩口，用這帶些穀物芬芳的甜點做結尾，確實很適合秋天...
這餐嚐到的四道料理都很優，推薦：
• 住在花園裡的到港小卷
• 扛著大豆堅果來的西班牙小豬
• 柑橘炙燒90秒美國牛肉
• 軟殼蟹紅花蟹肉燉飯
