🔰健美經驗 : 連續兩年蟬聯大專盃健美比賽亞軍🏆
🔰教練經驗：國立陽明大學健身房教練、Kline教練、1對1教練課程，共7年教學經驗。
🔰其他經歷：從事平面、走秀模特兒8年；16歲開始重訓，19歲開始朝健美發展。
對於我的物理治療系背景以及教學經驗，我知道如何協助你/妳做好調整到最佳狀態，不論是在飲食、還是心態上，我非常有信心能幫你/妳達到你心目中的目標🏋🏼♂️

🔰Graduate of NYMU with a bachelors in Physical Therapy
🔰Bodybuilding exp: 2nd place for 2 consecutive years in Jr. College cup bodybuilding contest 🏆
🔰Coaching Exp: NYMU Gym coach, Kline coach, 1 on 1 coaching courses on and off for 5 years. A total of more than 7 years coaching experience
🔰Other Exp: 8 years on and off modeling experience, with various different roles (cat walks, TV talents, TV commercials, Internet commercials and photoshoot preps).
🔰Started weight training at the age of 15 and began to take it seriously at the age of 19. With my physical therapy background and teaching experience, I know how to help you / adjust the course to your personal goals and needs and can offer you services with diet and nutrition along the way to help you get those results you want for summer.
