吃素後很常有人以為我們只吃生菜,但我又不是馬😂~還是可以煮的好吃又有營養的~在這跟大家分享我的素食料理以及食材

花椰菜100g (2克蛋白質)23卡
洋蔥100g (1.1克蛋白質)40大卡
杏苞菇100g (2.7克蛋白質)41大卡
青椒+彩椒150g (1.9克蛋白質)132大卡
( 維生素C和β胡蘿蔔素來源,甚至是柳丁的2倍多。每100公克的甜椒就有90~135毫克的維生素C)
玉米100g (2.0克蛋白質)26大卡
胡蘿蔔100g (1.0克蛋白質)38大卡
椰奶100ml(1.6克蛋白質)221大卡
再加上
50g 堅果(8.9克蛋白質)
200g 豆漿(6.6蛋白質)
這樣的份量我是一餐吃完,這樣不但好吃清爽而且營養價值也很不錯哦,蛋白質不足的部分會用高蛋白補足💪🌱
