威靈頓街可說是中環區內的其中一條食街，而且有不少上樓或在地庫的餐廳需要點心意發掘， TaKorea HK 便是我以 Sugar HK 找到的一家餐廳。走下地庫，想不到小小的店，卻有著老闆的心意，要將韓國食品的以另類方式帶到香港。一個K-pop 雞肉飯卷和泡菜牛肉薯條，香辣得來，不失韓氣，但給你截然不同的韓食體驗。
Wellington Street is one of the foodie street in Central. You may to look closer to find the hidden gems upstairs or even downstais. TaKorea is one of the restaurants I found by using Sugar app. Walking down the stairs, it was a modern and simple restaurant with graffiti on walls. The owner brought Korean cuisine to HK in a different style, such as K-pop chicken burritos and the kimchee fries. Mix & match with western style but not losing its Korean characteristics. Go try it!
