U là trời mình đã từng có những chuyến đi đỉnh đến thếeee 🏄🏽‍♀️!

Hôm nay tình cờ Lé đào lại chuyến đi Nhật năm 2019 làm người thím bồi hồi quáaa. Tầm thời gian này mỗi năm, mình đi làm xong du lịch mút chỉ luônnn 🥲! Đi càng nhiều càng mở mang tầm mắt, mọi khoảnh khắc tràn đầy những cảm hứng tuyệt vời! Giờ ngồi lục lại ổ cứng mới phát hiện còn nhiều thước phim chưa khoe thật sự 🤣, đặc biệt vẫn còn nợ mng phần 2 chuyến đi đến Nhật Bản. Vậy nên trong lúc chờ mình với anh Nam edit tiếp travel vlog này, mời cả nhà cùng xem lại một số hành trình đáng nhớ khác của mình ở từng hình nha ✌🏼! Lướt qua nhiều kỉ niệm cứ thấy zui zui trong lòng, tự nhủ phải lao động thiệt hăng say hơn để có cơ hội vlog, cùng các anh em trải nghiệm nhiều chuyến phiêu lưu kháccc!

U là trờiii 2 ngày nữa là Tết Trung thu rồiiii! Mặc dù không mê đồ ngọt nhưng tầm này phải ăn được một miếng bánh trung thu thì mới gọi là trọn vẹn mng ạ 🤫! Ai có bánh rồi thì không nói nhưng ai mà đang chờ bánh đến thì thím phưn mời cả nhà ăn bánh online nghen =)))). Mỗi tụ bánh đều chứa chan những thông điệp từ “chị Hằng” và “chú Cuội”, chọn đi rồi nhớ thực hiện thông điệp nghen =))))))! I lớp du and thank yiu ❤️‍🔥!

Race Summary of GNR 2021

It was definitely the most wonderful half marathon that I ever did so far. It was cloudy, cooling, little bit of wind at some stretch, great atmosphere with lots of spectators along the way, cheering and supporting us with performances like drums, dance, loud cheers, holding cardboards with motivational quotes and list goes on!

I am so grateful of being able to be the elite category and toe the starting line with Olympians, World Champions, National Record Holders and list goes on!

To be honest, Half Marathon is not my thing at the moment, but I always wanted to run a fast time for this course as my last attempt of this distance was on 5 years ago in Nike We Run KL 21K, whereby I DID NOT FINISH as I collapsed at about 800m before reaching the finishing line. It was due to dehydration and hypoglycemia.

I then went back to 5-10k, sharpen the speed first before attempting another HM and I got into Towerrunning sport in year 2017.

Here we go, after 5 years, while there are not many Towerrunning races, why not give the HM another try. I got confirmation for the slot 6 weeks prior to it and start the training rightaway.

I then got Coach Albert to prescribe me a 6 weeks training program rightaway and did a 5k, 1k and 200m time trial to find out where my current fitness level is.

Juggling between the Towerrunning training, HM program and traveling here and that are not that easy especially during the pandemic time. I clocked a total of about 72km + 1200 floors + 2 weight training sessions weekly for not just the HM but Germany Towerrunning Championship on 29/8.

I started off the race with quite a fast pace and slowly got back into the rhythm. Initially, I was aiming for a Sub 72 min HM (5k - 15:48 | 10k - 33:26). My previous best time was 1:23:59 in Kuching HM 2015 (5k - 17:36 | 10k - 36:42).

After 5k mark, I felt the tiredness, but I tried to still hold the pace. At 10k, until right after we make the U-turn, it was all great still, although I felt the tiredness on my legs already and it was like, half way there!

Steamed Stuffed Tofu Puffs 蒸酿豆腐
Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax

Mix the following together
-----
250g (8.8 oz) minced pork (can be replaced with minced chicken or beef)
1 stalk of spring onion (chopped finely)
25g (0.88 oz) carrots (chopped finely)
2 pieces of dried Shitake mushrooms (rehydrated & chopped)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
A few of white pepper
2 tablespoons cornflour

Fill the stuff above in the following

12 pieces of tofu puff (weighing 65g in total)

Sauce

3 pieces of shallot (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
0.5 cup (125ml or 4.23 fl oz) water
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon premium dark soy sauce
Some cornstarch solution
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)

Ingredients:
Serves 4 - 6 pax

Blanch the following:

800g pig trotter
A few slices of young ginger
2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)

Some cooking oil
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup (250ml or 8.45fl oz) water
12 Chinese mushrooms (rehydrated)
2 bulbs garlic
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
1 teaspoon white peppercorns
1/2 teaspoonSzechuan peppercorns
10g rock sugar (or brown sugar / white sugar)
1 tablespoon salt
2 stalks of spring onion (tied into a knot)
1/4 cup (60ml or 2.03fl oz) light soy sauce
2 cups (500ml or 16.9fl oz) Chinese white rice wine (白米酒)
