You can make the viral Cheese Corn Dog at own home too!! It's quite easy to prepare a fun afternoon tea time with this recipe :
Cheese Corn Dog
Ingredients :
1 cup wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup Maeadow Fresh Full Cream Milk (cold)
Mother's Choice Cheddar Cheese Slice
Marina Chicken Sausage
Breadcrumb
Methods :
1. Put wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl then mix well.
2. Put in egg and Meadow Fresh Full Cream Milk as well then mix well the batter till smooth.
3. Wrap Marina Chicken Sausage with Mother's Choice Cheddar Cheese Slice.
4. Take a skewer and poke the wrapped sausage.
5. Chill the wrapped sausage in fridge for 20 minutes.
6. Dip the chilled wrapped sausage into the batter.
7. Mix with breadcrumb.
8. Fry it with medium heat to ensure the cheese slice inside will melt.

インド風唐揚げ
4人分
材料:
鶏むね肉 (角切りしておく) 3枚
スパイスマリネ (下味用)
チリパウダー 大さじ1
ターメリック 大さじ1
塩 小さじ1
コショウ 小さじ1
にんにく (すり潰したもの) 大さじ2
レモン汁 ½個分
■スパイス (衣用)
パン粉 1カップ (100g)
チリパウダー 小さじ1
ターメリック 小さじ1
クミンパウダー 小さじ1
パクチーパウダー 小さじ1
塩 小さじ1
コショウ 小さじ1
卵液
油 (フライ用) 1L
作り方:
1.鶏肉と一緒にすべてのスパイスを混ぜて、スパイスマリネを準備する。
2.ラップで蓋をして、1時間ほど漬け込む。
3.次に、パン粉、チリパウダー、ターメリック、クミン、コリアンダー、塩、コショウを混ぜ合わせて、コーティング用スパイスの準備をする。
4.鶏肉を卵液にくぐらせ、(3)の衣を付ける。
5.鍋に油を入れて、180°Cに熱する。
6.注意しながら、網じゃくしを使って油に鶏肉を入れ、3~4分ほど、きつね色になり火が通るまで揚げる。
7.サラダやお好みのディップと一緒に盛り付けたら、完成!

3 chicken breasts, diced
SPICE MARINADE
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
½ lemon lemon juice
SPICE COATING
1 cup breadcrumb(100 g)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
egg wash
4 cups oil(1 L), for frying
Preparation
1.Prepare the spice marinade by mixing all the spices together with the chicken.
2.Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
3.Next, prepare the spice coating by mixing the bread crumbs, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper together.
4.Coat each chicken piece in egg wash, followed by the spice coating.
5.Heat the oil in a deep saucepan to 350°F (180°C).
6.Carefully place each chicken piece in the oil using a slotted spoon and fry for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
7.Serve with salad and favourite dips of your choice.
8.Enjoy!

CHICKEN BURGER
- 2 Chicken Breast, sliced
- 4 Butter Buns
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Optional:
- Mayo & Ketchup
- Lettuce
- Tomato, sliced
Steps:
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2) In a bowl, add in the flour.
3) In another bowl, mix together all the spices, salt & pepper and bread crumbs.
4) Then, pour the eggs into a large bowl and whisk just until the yolks and whites are blended.
5) Next, dip chicken pieces into the flour first, then coat with the egg and lastly coat with breadcrumb mixture.
6) Place the well-coated chicken pieces on the baking try layered with baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
SWEET POTATO FRIES
- 2 Sweet Potatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Salt
Steps:
1) In a large bowl, mix together coconut oil, spices and salt.
2) Then add in sweet potato fries and toss to coat well.
3) Once the sweet potato fries are well coated, transfer the fries to baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
4) Once the chicken nuggets and fries are done, you can assemble the burgers the way you like with lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup.
