我们回香港上学也是担心需要预先隔离14天
目前学校还是关闭的
眼前很多不定数
每天10点早操尽量安排低强度的运动 保持30分钟
这个时期大家都要顾好身体 避免生病和受伤

(布城4日讯)国防部高级部长拿督斯里依斯迈沙比里表示,全国90个隔离中心,能同时容纳4万人。

台中 │ 食「肉」獸推薦零負擔烤「肉」
在「將進酒-素 燒烤殿」的這一晚,讓我徹底地回到了食「肉」獸的年代!餐廳外觀很日式,還有個小庭院,進去後,立馬看到熟悉的烤爐,已經掩藏不住我的興奮感了。前菜和湯品都做得很精緻,喜歡天馬腰果湯,聽說可以促進血液循環喔!
好,我們先烤日本蛋茄、山藥和櫛瓜,超級大片,山藥烤起來很像薯片,好吃!你以為素烤「肉」就這樣嗎?🤣 最厲害的來了 ─ 階梯特色烤物!這個階級一出,我們所有人都歡呼起來了,實在是太令人興奮 😍
食材超級多元化:球芽甘籃、酥脆雞皮、客家小炒、雞腿卷、新彊羊肉串、三杯雞腿菇、素花支、麻糬等等... 最喜歡非酥脆雞皮莫屬,它們的時令蔬菜非常新鮮,建議大家把「肉」和菜都烤一烤,加上美生菜,用潤餅皮包在一起大口吃!你會覺得非常滿足和開心,相信我!
我們還意外發現「如何烤出最好吃的麻糬」呢! 大家記得烤麻糬時要專心和有耐性,看著麻糬慢慢脹大,最後還爆開,真的非常療癒耶 😚
PS 我們四個人點三人套餐 (NT1980) 也非常夠吃呢,套餐還包沙拉、飲料和甜點喔,我選了Häagen Dazs的純素芒果雪糕 🍨

You will feel very satisfied and happy, trust me!
We also accidentally discovered "how to bake the best mochi"! Please remember to be attentive and patient whengrilling mochi, watching the mochi grow and break, it's very healing 😚

焼き小籠包
12個分
材料:
■生地
薄力粉 90g
強力粉 30g
ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/2
塩 ひとつまみ
砂糖 ひとつまみ
ごま油 小さじ1/2
ぬるま湯 70ml
■鶏スープ
熱湯 50ml
粉ゼラチン 3g
鶏ガラスープの素(粉末)小さじ1
■具
豚ひき肉 120g
長ねぎ 1/3本
しいたけ 1個
Aおろししょうが 小さじ1/4
Aおろしにんにく 少々
Aしょうゆ 小さじ1
Aオイスターソース 小さじ1
Aごま油 小さじ1
A砂糖 少々
片栗粉(打ち粉用)適量
万能ねぎ(小口切り)適量
からし 適量
酢 適量
しょうゆ 適量
コショウ 適量
作り方:
1.鶏スープの材料をすべて混ぜ、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
2.生地を作る。ボウルに薄力粉、強力粉、ベーキングパウダー、塩、砂糖を入れ、菜箸でぐるぐる混ぜる。真ん中を少しくぼませてぬるま湯、ごま油を入れて菜箸でぐるぐる混ぜる。粉っぽさが無くなって、ぽそぽそしてきたら押さえるようにしてまとめる。
3.調理台に出し、伸ばして折りたたむを繰り返しながらこねる。表面が滑らかになってきたらボウルに入れ、ラップをして30分寝かせる。
4.具を作る。長ねぎ、しいたけはみじん切りにしてボウルに入れ、豚ひき肉、Aを加えて粘りがでるまでよく混ぜる。(1)を取り出して包丁で刻んでボウルに加えて混ぜ、12等分に分ける。
5.まな板と麺棒に片栗粉をひき、(2)の生地を取り出す。直径3㎝くらいの棒状にし、12等分に切る。
6.1個ずつ作っていく。切り口に上にし、手のひらで軽く押さえてから麺棒の端を使って伸ばす。左手で生地を左に回転させながら麺棒で伸ばす。真ん中を厚めに直径8㎝くらいに伸ばす。(いびつな形でも大丈夫)
7.まな板の上に包んでいく。生地の周囲に水をつけ、真ん中に(4)をスプーンでのせ、(4)にかぶせるように生地の1ケ所ををつまむ。親指をはずさずにひと差し指でひだを寄せながらつまむ。1周したらきゅっとねじって閉じる。これを12個作る。
8.フライパンにサラダ油を引いて(7)を並べる。蓋をして中火で5分焼く。裏に焼き目がついたら、水80mlを加えて蓋をして弱火で10分焼く。蓋を取って強火で水分を飛ばす。
9.器に万能ねぎをしき、焼き目を上にして器に盛る。辛子と酢こしょうや酢しょうゆを添える。
Grilled Dumplings
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
-Dumpling dough
90g Flour
30g Bread flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
70ml Luke warm water
Potato starch
-Chicken stock
50ml Hot water
3g Powdered gelatin
1 tablespoon Chicken glass soup base
-Filling
120g Minced pork
1/3 Japanese leek
1 Shiitake mushroom
A 1/4 teaspoon Grated ginger 1/4
A Grated garlic (to taste)
A 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
A 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
A 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
A Sugar
Potato starch (for dusting)
Spring Onion
PREPARATION
1. Mix all chicken broth ingredients and chill in the refrigerator to harden.
2. Make the dough. Put flour, bread flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix them with chopsticks. Make a small hole in the middle and pout in the lukewarm water and sesame oil, mix well with chopsticks. When most of the dry ingredients are gone, knead with your hand until everything is fully incorporated.
3. Place the dough into a countertop and knead while stretching until the dough is smooth and bouncy. Put the dough ball in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 min.
4. Finely chop the green onions and shiitake mushrooms, put them in a bowl, add minced pork and A ingredients, and mix well until sticky. Chop the chicken broth gelatin into small pieces, add to the filling mixture and mix gently. Divide into 12 equal parts.
5. Sprinkle potato starch on a cutting board and place the dough (3) on top, stretch into a cylinder shape of about 3cm of diameter and cut into 12 equal parts.
6. Take each of the dough pieces and press with your hand and using a rolling pin shape into a circle. Use your left hand to rotate and stretch the dough while using the edge of the rolling pin to roll and flatten the edges. Knead the center of the dough circles thicker while stretching the edge until you have a circle of about 8cm in diameter. (It doesn’t have to be a perfect circle)
7. Place the dough circles into a cutting board, soak the edges with water so the dough will stick to itself. Place the filling in the center and pinch the dough edges while rotating and folding with your thumb, once you have closed the dumpling pinch and twist the dough folds to securely seal it. Make 12 dumplings.
8. Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the dumpling. Cover and bake on medium heat for 5 minutes. When the bottom of the dumplings has browned, add 80ml of water, cover and bake on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and use high heat to evaporate any water that is left.
9. Put the chopped spring onions in a plate and serve the dumplings on top with the grilled side facing up. Serve with mustard, vinegar and pepper, or with vinegar and soy sauce.

Bahan Sup
1. 100 gm cendawan shitake
2. 100 gm cendawan tiram
3. 100 gm cendawan butang
4. 2 inch leek
5. 3 nos bawang putih
6. 30 gm bawang holland
7. Minyak zaitun
8. 1 cwn air
9. 2 cwn susu
10. Garam secukup rasa
11. Serbuk lada hitam secukup rasa
12. Parsley sebagai hiasan
Bahan Roti Bawang Putih
1. 2 sdb marjerin
2. 2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
3. Secubit rosemary
4. Secubit thymes
5. Roti baguette (dipotong mengikut citarasa)
Cara memasak
1. Panaskan minyak zaitun, tumis bawang holland dan bawang putih sehingga lembut dan tidak terlalu garing selama 8 ke 10 minit.
2. Tambah hirisan cendawan dan masak dengan suhu yang tinggi lebih kurang 3 minit sehingga cendawan menjadi lembut. Masukkan stok air ayam sehingga mendidih dan biarkan selama 3 minit.
3. Kemudian, rendahkan suhu, dan kisar bahan2 tadi menggunakan mesin pengisar, tambah secawan susu dan kisar sehingga halus.
4. Panaskan semula sup diatas api dan tambah lagi secawan susu.
5. Masukkan garam, serbuk lada hitam, dan serbuk ayam mengikut citarasa anda. Masak sup s
6. Untuk roti bawang putih, masukkan bawang putih yang dicincang, rosemary, dan thmyes dalam mangkuk kecil. Kacau sebati.
7. Sapukan marjerin dekat permukaan roti.
8. Bakar pada suhu 180 selama 10 minit.
9. Hias sup cendawan tadi dengan hirisan daun parsley dan hidang bersama roti bawang putih. Selamat menjamu selera.
Mushroom Soup with Garlic Bread Recipe
Ingredients
Mushroom Soup
1. 100 gm shitake mushroom
2. 100 gm oyster mushroom
3. 100 gm button mushroom
4. 2 inch leek
5. 3 nos garlic
6. 30 gm onion
7. olive oil
8. 1 cup water
9. 2 cup milk
10. salt to taste
11. black pepper to taste
12. parsley as garnishing
Garlic Bread
1. 2 tbsp butter
2. 2 nos garlic (chopped)
3. A pinch of dry rosemary
4. A pinch of dry thymes
5. Baguette bread (sliced depend on your preference)
Cooking methods
1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and cook the onions and garlic until soft but not browned, about 8-10 mins
2. Add the mushrooms and cook over a high heat for another 3 mins until softened. Pour in the chicken stock water, bring the mixture to the boil, and simmer for another 10 mins.
3. Then remove the mushroom mixture from the heat and blend using a blender machine, add 1 cup of milk and blend until smooth.
4. Gently reheat the soup and add another 1 cup of milk into the soup mixture.
5. Add the salt and black pepper for the best taste of mushroom soup.
6. For garlic bread, combine butter, chopped garlic, dry rosemary and dry thyme in a small bowl. Mix well.
7. Spread the garlic butter at one side of sliced bread.
8. Bake at 180 for 10 to 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
9. Garnish the mushroom soup with chopped parsley and serve with the garlic bread. Bonne appetite.
