I’m taking up the Better Meat Challenge by @arianna.kitchen and this is my plant based recipe using First Pride Green Series Nuggets!
Ingredients used: First Pride spicy nuggets, wrap, salad, rocket salad, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
Steps:
1. Air fry First Pride spicy nuggets for 10 mins
2. Arrange the wrap with salads, tomatoes, spicy Nugget and cheese
3. Ready to eat
I was so surprised it taste so delicious and tasty just like normal chicken nuggets! Except it’s healthier!

I want to deliver delicious Japanese-food recipes to the world
【材料】(保存期間:冷蔵で約3日)
●長ねぎ:3本
●九条ネギ:1本
●胡麻油
[悪魔のタレ]
●醤油:150~180ml(お好みの濃さに調整してみてね)
●みりん:150ml
●酒:150ml
●あごだし(4倍濃縮):大さじ1(めんつゆ。白だしでもOK)
●鶏ガラスープの素:大さじ1
●豆板醤:小さじ2(コチュジャンでもOK)
●酢:大さじ1
●砂糖:大さじ1(ラカントとかにするとより糖質を抑えられます)
●ニンニク:2片
●生姜:ニンニクと同量
●唐辛子:2本
●干し椎茸:2個
●胡麻油:大さじ2
●炒り胡麻:お好み量
お好みでラー油、一味唐辛子、花椒
※もっと辛いのがお好みの方は唐辛子やコチュジャンを足してもOK
※辛いのが苦手な方はコチュジャンを普通の味噌にしても美味しいですよ♪
※野菜の種類や入れる量によっても味の濃さは微妙に変わるので味見をしながら決めて下さい。
※お酢の酸味を残したい場合は粗熱をとってる時に入れてあげるといいですよ♪
※今回は一度漬け用なので二度漬けはしないで下さい。

今回は前回ビックリするほど大好評だった悪魔のタレシリーズの第2弾
悪魔のシャキシャキ葱を作りました。
これがあるとどんな食べ物でもワンランクアップしたやみつきな味わいになります♪
色んな旨味が複雑に合わさったピリ辛で後引く味は
まさに悪魔的旨さ!!食べれば食べるほどハマる…抜群のやみつき度合いです♪
ラーメンはもちろん、今回食べていたメンマや豆腐なんかにも合いますし
炒飯の付け合わせ、餃子のタレ、茹でた鶏肉や豚肉、サラダに合わせても最高に美味しい
超万能なネギになってます。
動画でもお伝えしてますが生のネギにはアリシンなどの免疫力をアップさせてくれたり
アンチエイジングの効果や疲労回復の効果があると言われている栄養が
豊富に含まれているので栄養を逃さないよう美味しく食べて欲しいです。
糖質制限されている方にも勿論オススメになってますよ♪
今回は漬ける必要もなくただ和えるだけ!!!
しかも今回は葱専用にタレの種類や配合も少し変更してます。
本当に簡単過ぎるくらい簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい。
【Ingredients】(Preservation period: about 3 days refrigerated)
● Leek: 3
● Scallion: 1
● Sesame oil
[Devil's sauce]
● Soy sauce: 150~180ml (Adjust the thickness to your liking)
● Mirin: 150ml
● Sake: 150ml
● Fish stock(4 times concentrated): 1 tablespoon (Men-tsuyu, or white soup stock is OK)
● Chicken soup stock: 1 tablespoon
● Dou ban jiang (or gochujang): 2 teaspoons
● Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
● Sugar: 1 tablespoon (If you use LACANTS or something, you can reduce the sugar content)
● Garlic: 2 cloves
● Ginger: same amount as garlic
● Chili peppers: 2
● Dried shiitake mushrooms: 2
● Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
● Roasted sesame seeds: as desired
Cayenne pepper, Chili pepper, Ra-yu to taste
※ If you like it hotter, you can add more chili pepper or gochujang.
※ If you don't like spicy food, you can use regular miso instead of gochujang ♪
※ The intensity of the flavor will vary slightly depending on the type and amount of vegetables you add, so taste and decide.
※ If you want to keep the sourness of the vinegar, you can add it when you are removing it from the heat.
※ This is for one-time pickling, so don't do it twice.

This time, I made the second installment of the Devil's sauce series which was surprisingly popular last time, the Devil's Crunchy Leek.
This will make any food taste one rank higher and more addictive ♪
It's a complex combination of many different flavors, with a spicy,
lingering taste.
The more you eat, the more you become addicted to it ♪
Of course, it goes well with ramen, but it also goes well with memma (the pickled bamboo shoots) and tofu we were eating this time.
It is also great as a garnish for fried rice, dumpling sauce, boiled chicken or pork, and even in salads! It's a super versatile leek.
As you can see in the video, raw leek contain allicin, which boosts the immune system and is also good for anti-aging, and is said to be effective in relieving fatigue.
I would like you to eat them well so that you don't miss out on the nutrition.
It is also recommended for those who are on a sugar restriction diet ♪
This time, you don't even need to pickle it, just mix it!
And this time, I've changed the type of sauce and the formula a little bit for the leek.

●カブ:5個
●オクラ:2パック
●赤パプリカ:1個

●お酒:150ml
●鶏ガラスープの素:大さじ1/2
●豆板醤:大さじ1/2(コチュジャンでもOK)
●酢:大さじ2
●塩こんぶ:大さじ1/2
●干し椎茸:2個
●生姜
●炒りごま:お好み量
●唐辛子:お好み量
※野菜はお好みで旬の物を入れてあげてね
※豆板醤の辛みが苦手な方は赤味噌同量+にんにく少々
※色んな物にかけて食べられるよう味は濃いめにしてあります。
そのまま食べたい方はお好みに合わせて味を薄めてあげたり、野菜の量を増やしてね

今回は父が亡くなる前に家族を想って遺してくれた
僕にとっては宝物みたいなご馳走レシピから
『超やべぇ野菜漬け』を作らせて頂きました。
小さい頃の僕にでも簡単に作れるよう
難しい行程は全部省いて美味しく出来るように
父ちゃんが考えてくれたものです。
色んな出汁が良い感じにあわさっていて
とても深みのある味わいに仕上がってます。
今回は思い入れの強いレシピだったので撮影するかどうか悩んだんですが
お客様の美味しい笑顔を見るのが本当に大好きな父ちゃんだったので
コロナで大変な世の中ですが、このレシピで少しでも多くのご家庭の食卓で笑顔が作れたら
父ちゃんも天国で喜んでくれると思い動画にさせて頂きました。
今回動画で合わせている素麺はもちろん、うどんやご飯、豆腐、鶏肉や豚肉、サラダなどなど
合わせられるものは無限大です。
漬け時間が短くても野菜のシャキシャキ食感が楽しくて美味しいですし
半日後には味が染みて、これまた最高に美味しいです。
どちらも是非試してみて欲しいです。

【Ingredients】 (Preservation period: about 4 days refrigerated)
● Cucumber: 2
● Eggplants: 2
● Myoga: 3
● Turnip: 5
● Okra: 2 packages
● Red Paprika: 1
● Yellow Paprika: 1
● Shiso leaves: 10
● Soy sauce: 100ml
● Men-tsuyu (white soup stock can be used): 50ml
● Mirin: 100ml
● Sake: 150ml
● Chicken soup stock: 1/2 tablespoon
● Dou ban jiang (gochujang is also OK): 1/2 tablespoon
● Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
● Salted kelp: 1/2 tablespoon
● Dried shiitake mushrooms: 2
● Ginger
● Roasted sesame seeds: as you like
● Chili pepper: as you like
※ Add whatever vegetables are in season to your liking.
※ If you don't like the spiciness of Dou ban jiang, use the same
amount of red miso + a little garlic
※ If you prefer to eat it as it is, you can dilute the flavor or
increase the amount of vegetables according to your taste.

This time, I made "Amazingly Yummy Pickled Vegetables" from a treasured
recipe that my father left for my family before he passed away.
In order to make it easy even for me as a child to make, My father's
idea was to make it tasty without all the difficult steps.
The sauce has a good combination of various dashi and has a very deep flavor.
I had a hard time deciding whether or not to publish this recipe
because I had such strong feelings about it.
My father really loved to see the smiles on the faces of his
customers, so I decided to make a video because I thought he would be
happy in heaven if I could bring smiles to the faces of as many
families as possible with this recipe in a world that's in trouble
with Corona.
This recipe can be used not only with somen noodles, but also with
udon noodles, rice, tofu, chicken, pork, salads, etc.
There are no limits to what you can eat with it.
Even if the marinating time is short, the crunchy texture of the
vegetables is fun and delicious, and after half a day, the flavors
have soaked in and it tastes great.

For this video, we headed down to Kwee Zeen at Sofitel Sentosa to DESTROY a Massive Royal Indian Food Platter! Kwee Zeen offers a host of Pan-Asian cuisine with a touch of Western and an emphasis on French-style hospitality and décor. Kwee Zeen has a Taste of Singapore promotion where they take you through different types of cuisine depending on the day of the week. On Saturday nights, they offer a special Indian platter called the Royal Maharaja Feast that comfortably feeds 4. There is a GIVEAWAY, details below.
Served on a ginormous banana leaf, the staff plated a ridiculous variety of different Northern Indian food, including naans, tandoori meats, salads and gulab jamun. The presentation from the chef was something to behold. The selection of dishes was also exceptional, very well balanced in terms of meat to carbs to vegetables.
The standout foods would be the tandoori lamb chops, which was well-seasoned and tender, the cauliflower, which was slightly charred on the outside while moist inside after being roasted whole and the pomegranate and potato salad, which was cooling and refreshing, working well to counteract any residual heat. The chutneys served were also a step above most chutneys I have tried. On top of that, I really enjoyed the 2 desserts served, especially the carrot halwa which was unique to me and not overpoweringly sweet.
Due to the balance of food and the overall deliciousness, this almost did not feel like a challenge. I felt pretty decent afterwards which is particular rare to occur. True to its name, you and your family can eat like Kings if you order this platter at Kwee Zeen. It would be well worth your money at $192++ for 4. Do check out Kwee Zeen for this magical feast!
