Don't know what to do for a long weekend!
A movie under a moonlight is always a good idea. 💛✨🌙
One of my favourite thing to do when I was a kid, it was enjoying a movie under the moonlight. Especially seeing a movie was not a popular thing to do during the 70s or 80s in Taiwan. This kind of event only happened once a year during a celebration of a local "TAO” temple. As for the snacks, instead of eating a basket of popcorn or fancy plate of cheese & glass of wine like westerners, we rather enjoy a ice cream which made by fresh taro, traditional Taiwanese sausage or bean curd dessert.
It has been 20+ years since my last experience of watching a movie under the moonlight. And here I am, sitting on the grass, enjoying a western movie with popcorn, it feels foreign but the moonlight and the stars remind me a childhood dream, it is beautiful and so warm.

Hi guys, I am the owner of the channel, Arthur. We are making this classic Hong Kong street food this time, the curry fishballs. If you are born in HK after 80s, and you have tried those fishballs sold by the hawkers in 90s and if you love it, try this recipe and see can it bring you back to the old days. Thanks for everyones' support!
