一向對中國茶藝有興趣，但未有機會好好學習，也不知道去哪裡學。上星期五參加了置地廣塲與「工夫茶舍」合作的中式茶藝workshop，除了原本已有概念的洗茶、暖杯、公道壺，今次還學了拎茶壺、拎茶杯，以及憑肉眼看得出哪種香片質素較高。
置地廣塲今年以「團圓」為主題，主辦賀年手工藝盛會，於1月18日至1月27日假置地廣塲中庭舉行，請來多個香港傳統品牌設攤位售賣自家製食材及手工藝品，各自蘊含中國傳統文化。譬如說喜慶節日必備的山珍海味，請來半世紀專營優質花膠的「同昌」及傳承三代的海味專家「安興號」；臘腸是廣東珠三角一帶的名物，而五十年代起一直以家庭式經營的臘腸王「錦祥號」則是佼佼者；醬油是中國飲食文化的精粹，半世紀至今沿用大澳新鮮材料自家製作蝦醬的「益昌號」及逾五十年歷史仍堅持量產生曬豉油的「大孖醬料」，令節日佳餚錦上添花；麵食乃傳統主食，寓意長長久久，堅持人手製麵的「張榮記」多年來以口碑見稱，尤其是鮑魚麵及瑤柱麵；「團年飯」又怎少得靚茶作結，半世紀專營優質茶葉的「工夫茶舍」帶來傳統沖泡手藝及茶品。詳情請看：https://www.facebook.com/Landmark.hk
