Whilst I haven’t tried all of the newer Roast Goose shops, especially with a recent Goose revival trend to cater for other Asian or Chinese tourists, the rest of the famous Traditional goose shops obviously I have tried many times over the years... after quite a few visits to here which is a related shop to a 50+ Years Institution known for their Teochew-ChiuChow style Roast goose #深井燒鵝, I think it’s recently evolved to become one of the best Goose in town in terms of balance from Skin, Meat flavour to Marination, Sauces, serving Temperature, even Rice etc 【Goose Manor 裕・鵝莊 🇭🇰】. Plus it isn’t exorbitantly priced...

皮的材料 Wrapper
一百四十克澄粉 140g wheat starch
一百八十克生粉 180g potato starch
六十克粟粉 60g corn starch
三百六十毫升清水 360ml water
十毫升菜油 10ml vegetable oil
四分一茶匙鹽 1/4tsp salt
餡料 Filling:
四十克浸腍的蝦米粒 40g rehydrated dried shrimps, diced
兩隻冬菇,切幼粒 2 shiitake mushrooms, diced
五十克菜脯粒 50g pickled radish, diced
一百八十克梅頭豬肉碎 180g pork, minced
二十克肥豬肉碎 20g pork fat, diced
二百五十克沙葛粒 250g jicama, diced
兩個紅蔥頭,切碎 2 shallots, sliced
五十克潮州花生 50g fried peanuts
一百克韭菜粒 100g chives, chopped
八十克芹菜粒 80g celery, chopped
三棵芫茜切幼粒 3 cilantro, chopped
一百二十毫升浸了冬菇的水 120ml water
醃豬肉 Pork Marinade:
兩茶匙生抽 2tsp soy sauce
半茶匙糖 1/2tsp sugar
半茶匙生粉 1/2tsp potato starch
少許麻油 sesame oil
少許胡椒粉 ground pepper
調味料 Condiments:
一湯匙蠔油 1tbsp oyster sauce
兩茶匙生抽 2tsp soy sauce

The morning started off well with some Goose Noodles at Yat Lok Barbeque Restaurant
G/F, Block A, Po Wah Building, 5 Tai Ming Lane,, Tai Po.
I highly recommend trying geese when you're in Hong Kong. It was similar to a duck, but hardier and meatier.
After a quick visit to Statue Square, we boarded the Star Ferry and crossed the harbor to look at the over rated Victoria Light Show. Don't expect much! It might be beautiful, but the winds made it frigid and dull.
Afterwards, we ate some really fine dining with some really unique dishes, such as ying yang chicken soup and squab at
Chiuchow Garden Restaurant
2/F, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
And of walking distance away is 1881 Heritage with it's beautiful tree and restaurants. Definitely a place worth checking out.
Even more walking made us hungry, so we opted for some desserts at Happy Together

This is the second of five Hong Kong videos showcasing some of the most delicious foods I've ever consumed.
First, I couldn't wait to get out of that tiny and wet hotel and check into a better hotel, but the new hotel didn't allow check in until 2PM. So I walked nearby and got some rice and bbq pork. Places like these exist on practically every street in Hong Kong. I actually forgot where I ate this, but you won't have any problems finding an equivalent.
Next, over at Kowloon Park, I checked out the bird collection and snacked on a brilliant taro and vanilla cone from the smallest McDonald's I've ever seen. I wish they had that flavor where I'm from.
Then I met up with friends Ty and Arthur
(Instagram: DineWithArthur) over some of the best Dim Sum I've ever had. Certainly- the most modern fusion of such a classic Hong Kong staple. Lo Dim Dim Sum

and saw the iconic crossing underneath SOGO
Still feeling hungry, we went to get some steamed milk pudding over at Yee Shun Dairy Company
