Chiếc vlogmas nhỏ xinh của mùa Giáng sinh năm nay, hi vọng mọi người sẽ thích nhé ;)
Trong vlog lần này chúng mình sẽ cùng ghé Galeries Lafayette ở Paris xem cây thông khổng lồ được trang trí thế nào, ngắm nhìn mọi người mua sắm dịp cuối năm và chiêm ngưỡng vẻ đẹp của Paris từ rooftop của toà nhà. Sau đó chúng mình sẽ cùng nhau làm bánh và trang trí cây thông để nhà có thêm không khí Giáng sinh nha :D
Vlog này như mọi khi, mình vẫn quay hoàn toàn bằng tiếng Pháp và để phụ đề song ngữ Pháp - Việt, hi vọng mọi người có thể học thêm được nhiều từ vựng, cũng như cấu trúc câu và cách diễn đạt mới trong tiếng Pháp :)

Melon Bread, or Melon Pan, is a sweet Japanese bread. The bread is commonly eaten in Japan and is a very popular snack and treat for people of all ages. This sweet is a bread topped with a crispy Biscuit crust.
久しぶりにメロンパンを作ってみました。
ザクザクのビスケット生地と中はふわもっちりで、お口の中が幸せになります!
チョコでもうひとつクマさんのも作ったんですが、ちょっと失敗してしまいました。
このポムポムプリンちゃんはギリギリセーフ!
焼いている間にお顔のパーツがずり落ちたりして、わけの分からない子になってしまうのが悩みの種ですが、焼き上がりはちょっと興奮します!
おうちでパン作りは色んなことが出来るので、かなり楽しい^^

【Ingredients】
● Biscuit dough
25g Unsalted butter
40g Powdered sugar
Vanilla oil
25g Whole egg
100g Cake flour
●Bread dough
★150g Bread flour
★25g Sugar
★2g Salt
3g Dry yeast
78g Water
15g Whole egg
Granulated sugar
15g Unsalted butter(room temperature)
*Melted chocolate
*cocoa powder
The best water temperature for the dough: About 15℃-20℃ for spring and autumn. About 10℃ for summer, and about 25℃-30℃ for winter.
【Directions】
Make Biscuit
①Put butter and powdered sugar in a bowl, and stir with a rubber spatula.
②Add Vanilla oil, and mix.
③Add egg little by little and mix well.
④Sift and add cake flour and mix.
⑤ Wrap the dough with cling film, leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Make Bread dough
①Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix.
②Add dry yeast, ,water, and Whole egg and Mix.
③Put it on the table and knead. (10mins)
④Add butter and knead more. (5mins)
⑤Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation)
⑥Degas the dough from ⑤, divide it into 6 pieces and make them round.
⑦Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 10 mins. (bench time)
⑧Again, make them round.
shaping & Baking
①Biscuit dough divide it into 2pieces.
(165g and 25g)
165g→Cut the Biscuit dough into 6 pieces.
25g→「Pompompurin」Ears and hat
Hat(Add cocoa powder)
②One at a time, roll out(φ3.5in) the Biscuit dough between two layers of plastic wrap , place the Bread dough in the center and enclose it in the Biscuitdough.
③Coat the Biscuit Dough with granulated sugar and gently score the Biscuit Dough into crisscross pattern
④Place the dough on the baking sheet, seam side on the bottom.
⑤Let doughrise in warm place until 1.5 times in size.
⑥Place the parts on top of the biscuit dough.
⑦Bake 374 °F/190℃ 12min.
⑧When they're done, draw 「Pompompurin」 face on each one with melted chocolate.
【材料】ポムポムプリンちゃん6つ
● Biscuit dough
無塩バター 25g
粉糖 40g
バニラオイル
全卵 25g
薄力粉 100g
●Bread dough
★強力粉 150g
★r砂糖 25g
★塩 2g
ドライイースト 3g
水 78g
全卵 15g
無塩バター 15g
グラニュー糖
*溶かしたチョコレート
*ココアパウダー
【作り方】
ビスケットを作る
①ボウルにバターと粉糖を入れてゴムベラで擦り混ぜる。
②泡立て器に持ち替えてバニラオイルを加えて混ぜる。
③溶き卵を少しずつ加えてよく混ぜる。
④薄力粉をふるい入れて切るように混ぜる。
⑤生地を棒状にまとめラップにくるんで冷蔵庫で1時間冷やす。
パン生地を仕込む
①★の材料をボウルに入れて泡立て器で混ぜる。
②中央にイーストを加えて、そこに水、溶き卵を加えて混ぜる。
③テーブルの上などで10分ほどこねる。
④バターを加えてさらにこねる。
⑤丸くしたらボウルに入れて濡れ布巾を被せて2倍の大きさになるまで暖かい場所に置き、発酵させる。
⑥生地を取りだして手で押してガスを抜き、6つに分割して丸める。
⑦濡れ布巾を被せて10分生地を休ませる。
⑧もう一度生地を手で押さえてガスを抜き丸めなおす。
メロンパン成形
①ビスケット生地は165gと25gに分ける。
(動画内では取り分けた後で丸めて6分割にしています)
25gの方は少量の生地を取り分けてココアを加えて着色。そして6個の帽子の形に作る。
着色していない方は12個に分けてお耳を作る。
165gの生地は6分割したら、ラップで挟んで直径9cm位に丸く伸ばしておく。
②ビスケット生地をラップに乗せたまま、そこの中央にパン生地を
乗せ、ひだを均等に寄せながら包む。
包むときはパンのとじ目は上に、つるんとした方が生地に隠れるように置く。
③グラニュー糖をまぶしつけたら、カードなどで格子状に優しく切り込みをつける。
強くやるとビスケット生地が切れてしまい、焼き上がりが割れるので優しくしましょう♡
④天板の上にオーブンシートを敷き、その上に並べる。
⑤1.5倍の大きさになるまで暖かいところで発酵させる。
⑥発酵後にそっと、帽子とお耳のビスケットを乗せる。
⑦190℃に温めたオーブンで12分焼く。
⑧冷めたら溶かしたチョコレートで鼻と口を描いて出来上がり!
*メロンパンはビスケット生地が手間がかかるので、前もって生地を作って円に伸ばして、すぐに
使える状態にしておきます。
*「Pompompurin」にしないときはビスケット生地はそのまま6等分して使って下さい。

1/2 can of chickpeas (net weight ~120g)
ground black pepper
salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
