Created by Jeremy & Nick, this HK #CraftGin has 21 botanicals including indigenous ingredients like mandarin peel, osmanthus, goji berries & Longing tea leaves, it’s quite rounded with pear, osmanthus, citrus, longing tea, Angelica roots & grapefruit peel notes. The finish is quite long with licorice notes. It can be served neat or as gin cocktail! NIP means Not Important Persons.
