(Day 21 of #ProverbsHesedWisdomChallenge to read a chapter from the Book of Proverbs each day which corresponds to the date as suggested by Pastor Joseph Prince in 7 Jan 2018’s Vision Sunday sermon -
http://www.miltongoh.net/miltons-blog/the-year-of-hesed-wisdom-vision-sunday-new-creation-church-theme-of-the-year-2018 ):
The difference between non-believers and believers is that non-believers are haunted by the sins they have committed, whereas believers have a clear conscience -
they have the assurance that they’re forgiven of all their sins.
“The wicked flee when no one pursues them, But the righteous are as bold as a lion.” (PROVERBS 28:1 AMP)
Business leadership principles. If you’re a business leader or any kind of leader for that matter, prioritize getting God’s wisdom.
It will ensure the stability and sustainability of your team/organization/business/family/unit.
Treat your people right with love and respect.
“When a land does wrong, it has many princes, But when the ruler is a man of understanding and knowledge, its stability endures.
A leader who is a great oppressor lacks understanding and common sense [and his wickedness shortens his days], But he who hates unjust gain will [be blessed and] prolong his days.” (PROVERBS 28:2, 16 AMP)
Believers who are generous to the poor are very blessed. They will be wealthy and never suffer lack.
“He who increases his wealth by interest and usury (excessive interest) Gathers it for him who is gracious to the poor.
He who gives to the poor will never want, But he who shuts his eyes [from their need] will have many curses.” (PROVERBS 28:8, 27 AMP)
In today’s context under grace, confessing of sins and repentance here is a one-time event in a person’s life, referring to the action of receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior.
When you become a believer, you will find God’s grace for you and you will prosper because of it.
“He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper, But whoever confesses and turns away from his sins will find compassion and mercy.” (PROVERBS 28:13 AMP)
A murderer will always, until death, be trying to escape the guilt he or she feels for killing a person.
Some may temporarily escape punishment by human law, but they will suffer the burden of guilt for life.
“A man who is burdened with the guilt of human blood (murder) Will be a fugitive until death; let no one support him or give him refuge.” (PROVERBS 28:17 AMP)
Prayerfully seeking new ways to improve your own skills or business and don’t become close-minded to trying new God-inspired ideas.
Patience is key: Your abundance will come step by step, as led by the Lord.
The first step is to have right believing. When your beliefs align with God’s word, that’s when you will start abounding with blessings!
“He who cultivates his land will have plenty of bread, But he who follows worthless people and frivolous pursuits will have plenty of poverty. A faithful (right-minded) man will abound with blessings, But he who hurries to be rich will not go unpunished.
He who has an evil and envious eye hurries to be rich And does not know that poverty will come upon him.” (PROVERBS 28:19-20, 22 AMP)
Showing favoritism in any situation between any people is not wise.
It stirs up wickedness within the flesh of the person being unfairly treated, and may become a danger to you.
“To have regard for one person over another and to show favoritism is not good, Because for a piece of bread a man will transgress.” (PROVERBS 28:21 AMP)

My home trip has been almost half way! Since left Europe, gradually leaving the comfortable environment, as Alice in Wonderland, everything for me are so novelty and try to overcome the fear of the unknown heart. After enter Iran, the people are so different as before what I heard: “full of terrorist!!” They always said, my friend welcome to Iran and Iranians love tourists; they feel that you must want to visit the church; or think you are an alcoholic and they can find a way...

Today is the 60th day of my journey back home, currently I am in Brindisi, Italy. Tonight 8pm I will leave Italy and go to Greece. People always ask me: „Why are you doing this kind of trip?” Sometimes I answer this question in a very simple, official kind of way, sometimes I start answering with a seemingly endless story, but in fact all my replies are reasons why I am doing this trip back home.
I am 30 years old now. On this 14,000-kilometres-trip I want to find out what “home” means for me, what it means for us. I want to go slowly, soak up everything I see, really get to know the people I meet and live together with along the way. What is home? Where is home? While in Rome, I read this saying: „Home is wherever people love you”. So am I looking for people who love me? In Germany, there are people who love me; in Italy, some people said they love me; In Taiwan, there are people who love me and wait for me to come back. Therefore, if I can truly love myself, maybe I can be a “home” for myself; and if I am able to share love with the people around me, I can be their “home”. Now that I have the chance to reach the corner of the world and to share this love with all the people I meet, that “home” will grow bigger and bigger; And by sharing those encounters with the people who follow my blog, through my words and images that “home” might become an infinite space that connects all of us together. I wish you can support my trip , if you have the time, read the articles I write, click “like” ( although my writing is not very good, but I am trying to improve ! !), and you are more than welcome to put forward ideas. If you have some spare money to help me complete this journey, you can be sure that I´m gonna spend it wisely and only where necessary. If you like my project then you can also support me by sharing my facebook-page with your friends!
Thank you for your patience. I wish all of you peace and hppiness.
一、 Project Proposal: Biking 14,000 kms back home
二、 Introduction:
November in 2013 will be an end time of my working holiday visa in Germany. I was thinking about a fun, different and "Green" way to get back home, as I really care about nature. A sudden thought came into my mind: Why not grab a bike, and ride it all the way back home! Starting from Munich Germany, all the way to Beijing China. Cycling across 11 countries, experiencing how the cultural differences shift from the West to the East, following the steps from pathfinders thousands of years ago - "The Silk Road".
三、 Objective:
Silk Road opened at some point thirteen hundred years ago. More than just a trade route, the Silk Road played a great role in promoting friendly relations, economic and cultural exchanges between China and Asia, European and African countries. Our ancestors conducted friendly exchanges through the Silk Road long time ago. The classic Chinese novel Monkey King/Journey to the West written by Wu Ch'eng-en was the story about a trip taken on this very path. The story was based on a real historical character: Master Xuan Zang, who traveled back and forth between India and China in seeking the truth of lives enlighten by Buddha. As a Buddhist, I want to find the truth of my life too. Through this journey, riding my bike back home from west to east, using the most primitive and green methods-biking, following the way from the master, following the way how he figured out the truth about my life.
