🤩Amazing🤩一滴口水可以Check到咁多嘢

母親節嘅時候，送咗份Circle DNA 全面基因測試俾媽咪，生日前已經有結果啦，而家即刻同大家分享吓先🥰

初時以為份報告係Hard Copy咁寄嚟，原來喺用返 Circle DNA 嘅 apps 就可以睇度，隨時隨地都可以睇勁方便。資料非常詳盡。

首先講下「膳食敏感度」，竟然check到我對酒精比較敏感，一啖就面紅耳熱，半杯心跳急速跳動，所以極少飲酒🍻。

第二樣就 Check 到我有「乳糖不耐症」，其實呢樣嘢我都係早幾年飲完奶入咗醫院先知，飲完奶輕則肚瀉，重則入醫院，已經試咗兩次飲完奶就食物中毒入咗醫院🥺自此唔敢飲奶類製品，但好彩仲食到雪糕😝不過有時都會食完肚痾😌

份報告詳盡到有俾埋建議我，應該食咩食物代替，吸收返應有嘅營養，有公仔圖案相當簡單易明🥰

報告指出，「乳糖不耐症」是遺傳，的確爸爸都是對奶敏感，所以我地都唔飲奶架🥰

要改變縮命，我真係要好努力咁控制自己嘅食慾，放慢進食速度，例如飯前喝一杯水，並在飲食中搭配水果、蔬菜、瘦肉、蛋白和全麥食品。

測試仲發現我對鹽敏感度高，事實我真係每次食完啲濃味嘢，都好容易水腫，真係又肥又腫😭 亦都因為我對鹽敏感度高，高血壓風險都高，真係要好好注意飲食！另外，原來我對葉酸、碘、硒、維他命B2、B6、B12有較高需求，以後都要係飲食方面留意多啲！

另外，我亦好感恩冇係遺傳疾病同癌症風險測出任何風險❤️

做完呢個測試，我極度懷疑肉肉細佬遺傳咗我嘅低食慾控制能力同易胖體質，成日食極都唔飽，周圍搵嘢食🤪 睇嚟我都要好好注意下細佬嘅飲食，有機會都同佢做返個基因測試，及早預防💪🏻
